Etwas außerhalb gelegenes ruhiges Hotel. 15 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Lebensmittelmarkt. Kleines ausreichendes gut geheiztes Freibad.
Gutes Frühstück, das serviert wird mit übersichtlichen Portionen.

Location is nice, less traffic than the rest of the city. Rooms are great. Walls are thin though, so a few attention-starved patrons the staff iss ignoring is all it takes for you not to get a night's sleep.

Honestly, this was probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
After a 7-hour drive, I was only about 10 minutes away from the hotel, so I called the front desk and asked if they had a king-size room. The lady told me yes, so I told her I wanted it for 4 nights and she confirmed it.
When I arrived 10 minutes later, I confirmed again that I wanted the king room for me and my wife. She started booking it, but then said there was a problem with the system and it was only letting her book the room for one night. She told me she would give me the room and finish the booking later using my credit card information. I was exhausted, so I said okay.
I get to the room and… surprise. It was a queen-size bed, not a king like we agreed. On top of that, the AC unit was literally right next to the bed, so it was loud and annoying. There was also a really loud sound of water running through the walls in room 143, which made it extremely hard to sleep. I was so tired that I just had to deal with it and sleep there.
The next morning, a different lady was at the front desk. I explained everything and she said, “Yeah, my coworker told me about you. I’ll give you a king room at 1 PM.” So I had to wait until 1 just to move my stuff to another room. That completely messed up my plans for the day because I was stuck waiting around instead of enjoying the city.
Then the next day, while I was in the room getting ready to sleep, my foot hit a metal part of the bed frame (you can see it in the picture), and it actually hurt my foot pretty badly. The pain got so bad that I couldn’t continue my plans to explore the city. I ended up cancelling the rest of my stay and driving back to my city.
Honestly, this hotel completely ruined the fun of my trip and vacation. After driving 7 hours, all I wanted was a decent room and a good night’s sleep. Instead, I had nothing but problems from the moment I arrived.
Definitely not recommended.

Good location, fresh clean rooms, free parking bathroom was a bit small, but the shower had great water pressure.
Has an outdoor pool, indoor gym and a restaurant, but no free breakfast and no electric vehicle charging stations on site.
Stayed here twice and both times had friendly service and easy check in and check out time.
Price is average $250 / night for a basic room during peak season and about $200 for off season.
Good for families.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Best Western Premier Hôtel Aristocrate. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained, with comfortable rooms that made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with any questions.
The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were a few small details that could be improved, but they didn’t take away from the overall experience.
Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Québec City.
