  We had a great stay at the Best Western Aristocrate. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit. The location was convenient for exploring Quebec City. The pool was excellent—clean, well-kept, and a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. One thing we really appreciated was that the bathroom was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other toiletries, which was a nice touch and made our stay even more convenient. The only downsides were that the air conditioner was quite noisy, making it a little difficult to sleep at times, and the bed sheets felt a bit rough. It would be even better if they used a fabric softener to make the bedding feel softer and more comfortable. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quebec City.

  We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. The swimming pool was temperature controlled. We booked room with balcony, it had a view facing the Pierre Laporte Bridge (ours was the corner room, trees mostly covered the view to the bridge but most other rooms would look directly to the bridge). It's 20-30 min drive to many attractions.

  Here’s a polished hotel review: I had a great stay here. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was very clean, with comfortable pillows, a TV, and a fridge. There wasn’t a microwave, but the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, and the shower had great water pressure. The pool was a nice size and was a great bonus. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would happily stay here again. Felt very safe.

  J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant deux nuits et ce fut une très mauvaise expérience. L’hôtel était sale et le personnel était très impoli. Les chambres ne sont nettoyées qu’une fois tous les deux jours et le service était pratiquement inexistant. Au moment du départ, ils ont même affirmé qu’un cadeau avait disparu. Je ne sais pas ce qui s’est passé, mais je ne fais absolument pas confiance à cet hôtel. Alex, qui y travaillait, était particulièrement impoli et très désagréable. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

  We were pleasantly surprised by everything this hotel had to offer. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome and a very informative introduction. Marie was exceptionally helpful—she even helped us plan our two-day stay and provided us with a better deal for visiting the aquarium. The pool was fantastic: warm, clean, and well maintained. The lifeguard was very kind and thoughtful, even bringing out toys for our children to enjoy. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast restaurant was also excellent, with great food and service. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families visiting the area.
