- JLJ LJul 11, 20253.0Beautiful hotel, very nice rooms. Friendly staff. However both mornings we were there we were awakened by random seemingly structural noises in the building. The first morning was extremely loud draining and gurgling sounds from the plumbing, and the second morning was weird loud bubbling sounds that could have been the ventilation. We’ve never heard anything like that before. There were also small random stains on the bedding, and hair throughout the bathroom.

My room was spotless and literally the bed is so comfortable I am kicking muse for forgetting to see exactly what mattress it was. The shower was beautiful, spacious and great for two people. Location was perfect- walking distance to crescent street, Chinatown, indoor mall and Christmas village. Pool hours were generous-7am-11pm. Restaurant was pretty good. Only thing is if you drive a really large SUV, parking in that garage will be really tight. We drive a mid size SUV and some of those corners were really tight.

Although check-in took a little too long, but that is understandable due to the new staff. One thing that immediately caught my eye was the design of the hotel & very welcoming staff. The following morning I received a tour of the hotel which was very nice to be guided around the hotel in exploring the amenities the property offers and the influence of the design in the property. Overall, the hotel is mind-blowing! Definitely recommend! Can't wait to stay once again!
