  Room wasn’t cleaned. Asked multiple times. Got back to room and found clean towels on messy bed. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that. Then told we didn’t ask and told them to not disturb. Manager was rude. Poor customer service.

  I made reservation in Holiday Inn Suites Montréal Center-Ville Ouest from May 13 to 18. During Check in process, Sabrina helped me a lot such as laundry coin change and parking information. She was reallly supported and kind all the time. I would like to thank you to her again.

  Stayed here when the intercontinental was closed. This hotel really exceeded my expectations! Made the mistake of moving from here to Ritz Carlton. This hotel is much higher quality than RC. Everything is efficient, fast, great for biz travel. Pool and spacious sauna empty at night

  J’ai séjourné à cet hôtel du 1er au 2 mai. Déjà que j’ai payé le prix fort dû au match des canadiens en série, il m’ont chargé 250$ + taxes pour des pneus à cloues dans le stationnement. Alors que personne m’a verbalement avisé que c’était interdit et qu’il avait un stationnement extérieur de disponible. J’ai d’ailleurs appelé 4 jours avant pour m’assurer d’avoir une chambre avec 2 lits et à mon arrivée ils m’ont avisé qu’il en avait plus. Ma nuit m’a couté prêt de 700$ c’est complètement ridicule. En plus de l’attitude de la réceptionniste à mon checkout. Plus jamais!!!

  Well it’s been 5 yrs since my last stay and nothing much has changed Rooms are nice but you can’t get to the plug sockets at the desk. What’s the point of a desk without accessible plug sockets? Just cut a hole in the back of the desk or put an extension a mount sockets on the desk. When I raised this I was told no one else had ever said this (something I do not believe). My door lock was broken, reported but never fixed. Phone for reception and it rings and rings, eventually complained and told not to use the button and to dial zero (so why have a button!). this was fixed but again they don’t communicate i just had to figure it out. Overall a nice hotel and a great location, let down by poor communications and lack of customer attention. Maybe they should try staying in the rooms occasionally rather than questioning guests.
