  Nice hotel, very clean. If possible ask for a room that doesn't face boulevard René-Lévesque. The traffic noise is quite loud, even on the 10th floor. Lots of honking and sirens all evening and night. Staff were very helpful and the dishes at the restaurant were large though pricey.

  We visited Montreal for the first time and stayed at the Holiday Inn, and we had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed, including a gym, pool, sauna, and hot tub. Our room was clean and well-stocked with bottled water, an ice bucket, towels, and a hair dryer. We also loved the view from our room. Housekeeping accidentally missed our room one day, but after we let the front desk know, they quickly took care of it next day. We found that if we needed anything, it was just a phone call away, and the staff were always happy to help. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The customer service was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Montreal. Highly recommend!

  The room and view is nice. Tried to place a wake up call using their automated system but it would only allow me to access my voicemail...called to the front desk to have them add it to their system and was told nothing they could do. Had to us my phone. Did not sleep well as I was thinking I would sleep in for an important meeting in the morning. Room was nice but service is not that great.

  My family and I recently stayed at this location after a long drive up from Virginia, arriving at the hotel around 1:00 AM. After hours on the road, we were exhausted, but JUSTIN at the front desk turned our arrival into an incredibly pleasant experience. Despite the late hour, he greeted us with a genuine smile and a fantastic attitude. The check-in process was seamless, quick, and highly professional. Throughout our entire stay, JUSTIN maintained that same respectful and welcoming demeanor. Every single time we requested something for our room, he took care of it immediately and efficiently. JUSTIN is a phenomenal representative of the brand and a truly great asset to Holiday Inn and IHG Corporate. Management should be incredibly proud to have him on the front lines. We will definitely be back!

  I spent 12 days in Montreal. I stayed in downtown for work and then I moved to old Montreal for fun and my last 2 nights I decided to go back to downtown to stay at the Holiday Inn, the location is great! really close to bars, restaurants and shops, but the best part of my stay at this hotel, was by far the absolutely amazing customer service from Rim at the front desk, she is a gem. She fully understands and embodies the true meaning of hospitality and connection with people, when I checked in, I mentioned that these were my last nights in town and that I really loved Montreal, you could tell she was authentically listening and being super nice and gracious, very kindly she assigned me a room with one of the most beautiful views of Montreal, usually you would just want to drop off your luggage and go out, but in this case, I was very excited to hangout in my room because it was amazing. Please take a moment to recognize Rim for such a wonderful job and for having the best attitude and energy at this hotel, congratulations! I will definitely come back to stay a the holiday inn because I felt taken care and I was not just another guest. Thank you!
