When I caught this at check out, they said they were refunding it but never did. In order to get this sorted I had to follow-up by phone three times - each time I was told I’d get a call back from a manager and I never did. Regarding location, nearby summer construction can make navigating the area difficult
- BPBrooke PagéJul 15, 20265.0One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. We stayed here on our way to Europe for a layover, and on our way home back to Canada. The hotel staff are unreal: every detail was paid attention to. They remembered our names, and the concierge booked wheelchair accessible transfers for us so we didn’t have to worry. My husband is in a wheelchair so we have to be extra careful when booking hotels to ensure they have regular beds and not platform beds, as well as appropriate mattresses for his disability. This hotel exceeded our expectations fully- the bathroom was amazing and the fully “roll in” shower was just what we needed as far as ada access. The front desk staff were wonderful, and the housekeeping staff even got me some feminine products when I had run out so I didn’t have to go to the pharmacy. Wonderful experience all around and we can’t wait to go back.

Made us feel right at home exploring the food, sights and people thanks to many of the concierge recommendations after listening carefully to our interests & preferences. Next time in Montreal we will stay here for sure. A nice break from the lovely, but touristy feel of Old Montreal.

The rooms were extraordinarily clean with attention to detail and peacefully quiet. The location is prime. Walk in the lounge or Restaurant, for good food, and well dressed people. Highly recommend.
