The room is absolutely beautiful, I am a huge fan of accent lighting, and this was exactly what I was looking for. Great service, attentive staff, it felt like everyone was looking out for us, even when we didn't ask for it. Located walking distance from many great spots, and if needed, a short car ride away from the rest.

Beautiful hotel, but disappointing service and communication. I originally booked through Amex and arrived later than planned, so I only stayed one night. They wouldn’t refund the unused first night, which was frustrating, but the actual stay was very good. It’s a beautiful property, and I enjoyed being there. I left Montreal for a few days. The problem came when I was returning to Montreal. I didn’t have a reservation, so I called ahead specifically to ask about availability and whether I could check in. I was told there were no rooms immediately available, but they would have one within an hour. Based on that, I drove 30 minutes to the hotel. When I arrived, the manager told me he could only guarantee a room at 2 p.m. a grossly different answer from what I had just been told over the phone. The issue isn’t that a room wasn’t ready. It’s that I called ahead to avoid wasting time, relied on the information your staff gave me, and then received a different answer when I arrived. For a Four Seasons, I expected much better communication and coordination. I ended up walking down the street to the Ritz, where they were extremely accommodating and checked me in right away. That’s the level of service I would have expected.

2 stars at best - multiple visits others beautiful but this trip was beyond ugly...my last stay here, never returning. Beside multiple room issues, service being way off from prior visits and the fact that four seasons had a wedding that they let overrun it's guests blasting music on the 5th floor that I could clearly hear in my bedroom and feel the bass in my pillow on the 7th floor. When asking concierge what time the party would end they stated "2am" and that they would "ask to turn the bass down" which is a mere joke because I wouldn't expect them to do that for just me, who is stupid enough to believe that? So it was a lie concierge fed. Around 11pm a room switch was initiated as I couldn't take the sound anymore and had to go on a business trip to NYC the following day and now was losing out on time and sleep. There were others in the lobby checking out and going to Vogue across the street (I should have just done this!) By around 1230- 1am I was finally moved to another room, on the 8th floor same side of the building... You could still hear the music muffled, I gave up and got what rest I could for the night. The handling of the wedding taking over the hotel with disregard to the current guests just shows whoever has the most money will be allowed to ruin others stays at this property if they so please which is disappointing and disturbing Four seasons entrance is on one side of the building but around the back and other side is "club Wanda's" a very grungy looking dive strip club that I wouldn't even walk into if someone paid me(checkout their Google reviews for a laugh). The fact that it's connected to four seasons is a mere joke -- this is not a high end hotel with that attached. I will never be returning to a four season location again but I will gladly be returning to Montreal as I won't allow four seasons to ruin the beauty of what Montreal holds for me. Time is the only commodity that we cannot put a price on or get back and four seasons wasted mine so they have lost me completely - what could have been a life long customer is gone Au Revoir Four Seasons

The rooms are large, modern and very comfortable. The service was very kind and efficient. Valet parking was always smooth when requesting our car through the app. The folks who work at the spa are also very nice and do an excellent job.

Genuinely one of my favorite Four Seasons experiences. I stayed in the Deluxe Suite. The room was spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The bed was up to the usual Four Seasons standards (spectacular) but the bathroom is the star of the show here and is outfitted with everything you can possibly need. The service team promptly took care of anything I needed. My massage at Gurlein Spa was out of this world. What truly stands out here was the nightlife aspect of this hotel. Genuinely, this is one of the FUNNEST Four Seasons Hotels you can stay at. The vibe at Marcus is on another level. I just happened to be there the night that Caroline Vreeland was performing and she was incredible. The food was A+. After dinner I headed over to the other side of Marcus where there is a full blown lounge/nightclub. I'm not sure if any other Four Seasons has anything like this. Anyways, I strongly recommend anybody who is considering visiting Montreal to stay at the Four Seasons. You don't even need to leave the hotel. I promise you, you will not regret it.
