Les chambres sont supers propres et confortables, il n'y a pas trop de bruits dans les couloirs et le prix des séjours est souvent abordable. Ce serait le fun que les déjeuner soient inclus ou qu'il y ait des forfaits avec déjeuner mais ce n'est pas grave comme détail.

As an elite member, I expected at least a basic level of recognition and service standards, but the staff seemed unaware of how to treat loyalty members appropriately. There was no acknowledgment of membership benefits, and simple requests were handled with reluctance and indifference. Additionally, the attitude displayed by some team members came across as arrogant rather than service-oriented. Hospitality is built on courtesy, honesty, and respect — qualities that were noticeably absent during my stay.
