  Let me start off by saying that overall the room was ok and you truly get what you pay for . Take it for what you will. However the main disappointment was truly honestly the service specifically the bald older man at the front desk. He was extremely rude and condescending to me and my friends. When it came to the security deposit when asked about it he straight away said « I hope you guys didn’t stain anything » and repeatedly told me to go sit down because the housekeepers needed to check the room. In terms of charge I completely understand taking off 30$ for towels dirty with makeup completely reasonable. However the way this man was communicating you would’ve never guessed that he was working in hospitality or simply able to speak with other human beings . He was extremely disrespectful and rude which honestly left a very sour taste in my mouth given the fact that all the other front desk workers were very accommodating and kind. The bald older gentleman on the other hand was extremely unpleasant to deal with which made the experience quite disappointing.

  The experience was great they have a pretty good reception service .the only thing is no microwave in the room and the fridge doesn't really work that great and I feel like anyone can go in and out the building or parking lot with or without a key but other than that its a good place to do vacation

  This was a very friendly hotel unlike the other hotels that I have stayed at. Wendy in the front desk made all the difference - I wish they could have added breakfast with the package. The check in process and the check out process was very good and the toiletries were perfectly curated, especially the bar soaps instead of the filled soap dispensers.

  If you need an hotel in this location you don't have a choice but here. At least it is descent. Includes breakfast, which is good. Only problem I had was setting shower temperature, it takes a while. Other annoying thing is the air conditioning which is kind of loud. Happy I had ear plugs. Room is done every day, very clean.
