  We had booked the wrong room for disabled people( it said accessible rooms) and we talked with the receptionist, and was told to change the next day. When I came next day, I was told the room was full because the guy had not left any messages for the room change. In fact there is still a lot remaining rooms available to book in the website. Also they don’t care about if you are diamond members, no special privileges at all, just worst rooms closed to parking entry to hear the noise of parking.

  I had a great stay at this Best Western! The hotel’s location was excellent, making it very convenient to get around and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. There was a small convenience shop in the corner of the lobby, which was handy for picking up snacks and other essentials. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and kind throughout my stay, providing excellent customer service. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I also appreciated the quality bathroom amenities, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

  Cette hôtel est vraiment bien je vous conseils d’aller la piscine et propre et grande la nuit il y a des lumière de plusieurs couleur qui s’allume la salle de gym incroyable aussi tu a une salle de petit dej toute est bon moi personnellement j’ai vrmt bien manger en plus de sa il y a une clime dans les chambre …. L’hôtel est vraiment pas loin . Il sont toute gentille par exemple si ta oublier ton chargeur il ton prête un ces excellent!!!!

  This was overall a bad experience. Our flight was canceled so we needed a place to stay last minute, with everything nearby booked we expanded our search to this BW. Called and gave them my credit card over the phone like it was 2004 again. Called back half an hour later when our Uber was taking forever. Front desk said no problem! When we arrived 30 minutes later the front desk said they had no rooms. ..........what the hell.......... It was 3am, we had no luggage, no energy, and we made a reservation... we paid $86 to taxi there. Front desk seemed wildly disorganized and after I contested the situation he "found a room" which just so happened to be the most expensive room. Ok, fine... we took it. Thanks. $260 later we had a room. Breakfast was not included and not sure if I missed a sign or not, but I wouldn't have taken any food had i known. Changed another $15 for breakfast. Room was fine. Experience 0/10.

  It was a disappointing experience. They offer breakfast but it's not included in the hotel price. The reception mentioned they offer breakfast but did NOT mention it would be an extra. So, after breakfast the bar attendant told us to pay for it, we were surprised and disappointed that it was not included with the room. Also, the air conditioner was facing the side bed and was quite loud. If we shut off the air conditioner, the room would have been too warm. We didn't have a quiet sleep and ended up with headaches and stuffy noses.
