- BMBabak MohammadiJul 2, 20261.0Very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel. The air conditioning wasn't working in the lobby, and it wasn't working in our room either. After calling the front desk three times, we were finally moved to another room. Unfortunately, the room, hallway, and bathroom were not clean, and there was a strong damp, musty carpet smell throughout the hotel. The overall condition of the hotel did not match my expectations for a Best Western Plus. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and the inconvenience of having to change rooms made this a very frustrating experience. I definitely would not stay here again.

It would have been nice if our room had a kettle in addition to just the coffee machine, but the room was large and had a good size fridge, which was good. The cleaning service was really thorough as well.
- SLShauna LawrieMay 23, 20265.0My first stay in Montreal was this last week and this hotel was very central to everything and in between two Metro stations. We were able to walk down to the Village, Old Montreal and the Port. The service at the hotel was great, everyone was very friendly. We got a bag with water and granola bars when checking in which was very nice. Asked for a bandaid after getting blisters and the clerk was very helpful. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was that there was no fan in the bathroom and the toilet paper holder was very far away from the toilet. Other than that the beds were soft, clean and the room was quiet.
