  Good place well located. Staff is great, the cleaning people should really learn to speak French, you are in Quebec. Breakfast is ok nothing great. Rooms are fine but it needs some scrubbing in the shower I don't appreciate to see mold in there. And change the light bulb in the rooms

  Disappointing Experience – Lack of Privacy, Security, and Professionalism As a Platinum member, I have always appreciated the option to participate in the Green Stay program by declining daily housekeeping services. During this stay, I clearly displayed the Green Stay tag on my door handle, as I routinely do at other properties. Unfortunately, despite this request, housekeeping staff entered our room on both the second and fourth days of our stay without our permission. On the third day, someone knocked on our door, but when I opened it, there was nobody in the hallway. More concerning, my friend had left a pair of compression socks hanging inside the closet, and they went missing on the fourth day, following the housekeeping visit. I immediately contacted the front desk to express my concerns and ask why housekeeping staff continued entering our room despite the clearly displayed Green Stay tag. To my surprise, the explanation was that the housekeeping staff were employed by an outside agency and did not speak French or English. I found this explanation completely unacceptable. Regardless of whether housekeeping services are outsourced, hotel management remains responsible for ensuring that staff understand and respect guests' instructions, privacy, and personal belongings. The following morning, on our checkout day, we were simply informed that nobody had taken the missing compression socks. No satisfactory explanation, meaningful follow-up, or resolution was provided other than some credit on parking fee, about $120 in total with tax. As a loyal Platinum member, I expect a reasonable standard of professionalism, respect for guest privacy, and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below those expectations. Now my friend will have to deal with leg issues without the compression socks on a 5-hour flight today. The repeated disregard for our Green Stay request, the unexplained disappearance of personal belongings, and the dismissive handling of our complaint reflect a troubling lack of professionalism and management oversight.

  I stayed for one night and found severe hygiene and maintenance issues that management needs to address immediately. Most concerning was the presence of black mold on the shower walls, which is an unacceptable health hazard. Additionally, the room furnishings are heavily degraded; the couch cushions are entirely collapsed and visibly unsanitary. The property is severely dated and fails to meet basic cleanliness standards. I cannot recommend staying here until a full inspection and deep clean are completed.

  We had a really pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and everyone always had a smile. They were also very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a great location, just a short walk from the village in and all the nearby shops. I would definitely stay here again.
