  Chambre ultra propre Personnel courtois et souriant Lit douillet Nous y étions avec ma famille, nous avons adoré! Déjeuner, super bon. Le personnel veillait à ce qu’il ne manque de rien. L’hôtel était assez bondé et c’était super tranquille. Je recommande à 1000%

  Rooms are pretty big and nice looking. However, it looks like they aren’t well planned. Tv far away from the bed. Just a sliding door for the bathroom which doesn’t even have a lock and ventilation is quite bad. The biggest concern is cleaning. I saw hair on the toilet seat as soon as entered the room. Dust on the tables, switches and windows. Moreover, the AC is too loud.

  I recently stayed at Holiday Inn and while the location was decent, the overall experience was disappointing. The room was average but not properly cleaned, with dust visible in several areas and no sign of deep cleaning. The toilet seat was broken, the washroom fan was extremely slow, and the gate/door lock was not working properly, which raised safety concerns. In addition, the walls had marks and uneven paint, making the room look poorly maintained. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and room upkeep to meet expected standards.

  [In english below] L'hôtel est correct. Quelques petits désagréments, comme dans tout hôtel de ce type, je ne m'étendrai pas sur le sujet. Le GROS point NÉGATIF, c'est l'utilisation de vaisselle jetable pour le petit-déjeuner : ustensiles en plastique, assiette en carton, gobelets en plastique et même en polystyrène. J'apprécie d'avoir une vraie tasse en céramique pour mon café, un vrai verre pour mon jus, une vraie assiette en céramique et de vrais ustensiles en métal. C'est vraiment inadmissible pour un hôtel de cette réputation, les deux poubelles de la salle à manger débordaient. Désastreux pour l'environnement. Difficile à croire qu'il y ait encore des choses comme cela en 2026. The hotel is ok. Some little disappointments like any hotel of this kind, I will not elaborate. The BIG DISAPPOINTMENT is the use of disposable dishes for the breakfast: plastic cutlery, paper plate, plastic and (even) styrofoam cups. I like to have a real ceramic cup for my coffee, a real glass for my juice, a real ceramic plate and real metallic cutlery. This is very bad for an hotel with such a reputation, the two garbage cans in the dinner room were overflowing. Disastrous for the environment. Not believable there is still things like that in 2026.
