  Worst front desk! No manner. Unprofessional. She was the worst front desk in Ottawa. Not pet friendly! They will reject you at the moment you checked in! and she wont let you speck with the manager. No communication to guest before arriving. Do not book! unless you want to end up regretting like me!

  Hotel is clean, staff is nice and attentive. The pool is great especially if you’re travelling with children. Rooms are clean and have dove products so you don’t need to be packing extra things. Breakfast is great, something for everyone. I Recommend!

  We stayed at the Holiday Inn Gatineau for four days, from July 5 to July 9, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, and everything was well maintained, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast staff were all amazing, especially Babylenne and Chardeliza. They were incredibly friendly, always greeted everyone with a warm smile, and were always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality and excellent customer service truly made a difference and made every morning a pleasant experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so welcoming. We highly recommend Holiday Inn Gatineau and look forward to staying there again!

  This is our 3rd time at the hotel and the service was highly disappointing this time. Our room was not cleaned: no new towels and no garbage change after we specifically asked reception in the morning. In addition, the safe was locked and we couldn't use it, and there were not enough towels, although we mentioned many times that we stay with our kids. The receptionist was rude and the very basic services the hotel has to provide, have not been accommodated. Very disappointing.

  horrible reception with the last name Osman. She should never be hired anywhere ever again she was accusing us of being involved in a neighbouring party and charged us a fee of 200$. she proceeded to call the cops and said it was us when it was people who werent even staying at the hotel. she was rude and said she didnt care about what we were saying ( that was when we first came in so before any problems). when we said that we were not with those people who were making so much noise because again they didnt even stay in the hotel they said they didnt care.
