  Stayed at the Sierra Motel, address 380 E. Sierra Ave. Portola Ca 96122. for business on Friday, January 30 had room 114 when I pulled the comforter and sheet top sheet back I found bugs. I took pictures and reported it on the sign in log we used for work and then had to get another room as it was late night and no housekeeping was available. This is a sign that the bedding is not clean and and is unsanitary. Weather you stay in a motel for business or pleasure. Nobody should have to deal with bugs in the room or in the bed, the room should be cleaned thoroughly for each guest to enjoy their stay. I have included photos. Hope the problem is eliminated.

  Room looked and smelled very clean. I got spoiled with the handicap room, but was surprised that it had a fridge, coffee maker, and they give you a breakfast voucher for a place down the street. Will definitely come back if I ever have the luxury of staying in Portola again😉

  80$ per night in clean motel...what else do you need? If they would have bathtub id give 5 stars, other than that, it has clean room, bathroom, free breakfast that opens at 6 am (2blocks away, which kinda sucks) it has cable tv n lots of channels so you wont get bored, staff is nice, props to Glen 4 good customer service. (Pls never ask 4 customers home address, it rings red alert)
