The hotel has a 30 day non-refundable policy, which is ridiculous to start with, and no exceptions for canceling for medical reasons without sending them proof from your doctor. Are you kidding me?!! This is a hotel, not my job or school! I am too sick to deal with this nonsense. Thank you expedia for trying to help with this issue with no success. "Worst Western!"
