  Was very disappointed with the Service and especially from the owner Mr Singh. The first room I was put into the door would not lock so we had to move rooms, then the second room we were moved to the bed sheets were dirty full of body hair etc, it was gross so I called down to the desk for new bed sheets. The lady at the desk was very apologetic and gave me fresh bed sheets that I had to put on myself. We called to speak to the manager and was told to talk to Mr Singh the owner. He told us that we should have went to another Hotel if I wasn’t happy, which was at 8:00 pm the day before Easter 2026. He said he was not going to give any type of discount since he thinks it wasn’t a big deal. We will not be staying here ever again

  Service at the front desk was pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and the shower had great water pressure. However, the main reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub that was posted on every available site, including currently still posted on the Best Western site. Upon arriving at the hotel, I discovered that the hot tub not only was not working but has not been working for months. I found this extremely unsettling, because I called the hotel one month prior to verify that they had a hot tub and was not told that it was not working. Lastly, the breakfast was highly disappointing. Served in a small, cramped room with a coffee maker that take took forever to work... one cup at a time... and breakfast that was as bland and boring as humanly possible.

  This is the fourth Best Western I've stayed at over the past year. I continue to be impressed with the turn around in recent years from this franchise. Even with this one being a standard BW, the rooms are still spacious, clean, and have comfortable bedding. Jay, at the front desk was awesome, as well. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. All of the staff was all smiles. Highly recommend for a budget stay, without sacrificing cleanliness, comfort, or service
