Front desk is so kind, very helpful. Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Room very comfortable, clean. Housekeeping made sure I had clean towels, makeup wipes daily.

The perfect spot to explore downtown Petaluma. Absolutely charming service and the bar and oyster spot is sure to please. Beds in room are rather firm, if that's your thing. Rooms are basic but cute and clean.

This hotel is full of charm. Great location with plenty of food and drink options around.
Check in was easy on the Hilton app.
The room was bigger than I thought, king bed. Cute bathroom, old aesthetic charm with modern touches.
One downside, probably because it was a few days before Xmas but the lobby was full of people having a gift exchange that weren’t staying at the hotel. Which is fine. But they hovering over the bar and we couldn’t get a drink but huge shout out to my man the mullet bartender. He helped us when he saw that we needed a drink. He was friendly and understood the situation. Made a great old fashion.
Would recommend this hotel.

Great location, horrible hotel. As a business owner myself I am blow away by companies like this. I haven’t been able to take a hot shower since I checked in because well, that happens when they’re full apparently. Businesses like this disgust me, hence why I’m taking my time to write a review. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. They knowingly will put you in a room with cold water in the middle of winter just because well that’s the best they can do. This is business, not a homeless shelter. Get it together
