  Virtual check-in via live stream with an agent located in another country. Really? It felt so impersonal. We weren't given directions to our room or breakfast or any of the other amenities. Then we had to switch rooms halfway thru our stay bc of a water issue. The replacement room was a downgrade, didn't even have a tub, and only 1 bedside table. Housekeeping staff and breakfast attendant were all very friendly and helpful, with the exception of one who was nice but spoke no English so was unable to help me with my question. Probably won't stay here again.

  Traveling the country we stay at many many hotels, this stay didn’t disappoint while in the area for the night. It was comfortable, clean, and I felt safe. While in Petaluma I’d definitely stay at this location again.

  Meilleur hôtel, meilleur petit dej... Best western c'est la valeur sûre ! Chambre propre, spacieuses, modernes... Équipée (frigo micro-ondes). On valide et on y retourne.

  It was disconcerting coming in at night and not having a live person to greet us. The kiosk thing sucked. The guy was rude and read from a script. No directions were given for how to find our room or any room or given a map. No instructions for how to use the amenities. The guy was awful to work with plus he only gave us our key for one night when we were staying for more than one. The interaction with guy was very disconnected and cold. The actual person at the front desk the next day was great, though. Get rid of the kiosk and bring back real people. As a best western rewards member this was the least personable experience checking in to a best western facility.

  First time using VIRTUAL check in! Definitely a really cool process. Technology has gone so far! As we approached the office and walked in, there was a computer screen And this gentleman said, hi, welcome to best western, how are you? Are you checking in today? It was an actual real guy, it was not AI! His name was ELVIS(Cool Huh) and he was very nice and was helpful with the whole process. I chatted with Elvis and found out some cool things about him like he is OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND WAS ABLE TO CHECK US IN OUT ROOM!!!!!! Very nice gentleman! Its funny how someone like this can have better customer service than an actual person. He was helpful, respectful, patient and down to earth with us. It was a great check in process. I even git to take a selfie with ELVIS! Keep up the amazing work and great customer service ELVIS. YOU MADE OUR VIRTUAL CHECK IN SUPER EASY.
