- AMAyesha MohammedyJun 30, 20262.0Good hotel with solid amenities, but the handling of a what appears to be a cockroach found in our bathroom was disappointing. Management dismissed it as a Blackwater beetle (they look different when you search them on google), offered 2,000 IHG points, and no manager was available despite prior assurances. Pest issues require acknowledgment and action, not minimization. Great stay otherwise, but this incident affected our overall impression.

We were hidden in the basement like we paid for cheap tickets on the Titanic, room was $329+tax! Tim Hortons just down the street (convenient). A bit of a drive to downtown Charlottetown though.
- NFN FarJun 18, 20261.0Rooms were clean and had everything. But extremely noisy . Rooms were not sealed properly. Doors were not properly sealed. All the noise from other rooms was traveling ( upstairs, left or right room). Lots of noise in the Hallways .
