  Semi descent average hotel. Do not book or get assigned rooms 118 to 134. They are noisy, next to housekeeping stations and ice machines. Place is aged, thin walls and I swear the hole hotel humms, rattles and you can hear your neighbor in the shower and flushing toilets. AC units are very noisy to. Good customer service tho and convenient location at relatively descent price.

  The beds were super squeaky and I found a cockroach in the shower. The service otherwise was decent so I was going to give 3 stars but the cockroach situation was crazy and when I mentioned it at check out there was no apology or nothing just I'll bring it up with the manager.

  Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Front desk staff- The staff were so friendly and helpful. The gentleman who was working nights during the week was beyond amazing and kind. Even taught my teen how to cure her hiccups that wouldn't go away. The next night he asked her if the trick still worked for her. Morning breakfast- I am blown away that there were gluten free options for my teen. Each morning the staff would see me ans ask if I would like gluten free toast for her. Love that they remembered. There were plenty of hot a d cold items, fresh fruit and more. The room- we enjoyed a 2 queen bed room. Honestly, these beds are more comfortable then my own bed at home. The pillows are even labeled as soft and firm! Extremely clean rooms as well. The pool was fun to enjoy. Lots of towels available Honestly, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. My favourite part of my stay would for sure have to be the gentleman working nights during the week! Thanks for helping make our stay a fun one!

  The staff were incredibly nice and the service was great. My only complaints are regarding the rooms. All but one outlet was loose and none of the usb ports were all pushed into the wall and unusable. Also the beds were fairly uncomfortable and noisy. For the cost of the rooms, I feel memory foam mattress would be a feasible expense for the company.

  Absolutely not worth the price. We paid $550 per night for 3 nights, expecting a high-quality hotel experience, but this place was a huge disappointment. The breakfast was extremely underwhelming and nowhere near what you would expect for the price. The gym was one of the biggest letdowns it is incredibly small, the dumbbells only go up to 45 lbs, both treadmills were out of order, and the only bench available wasn’t even adjustable. For a hotel charging this much per night, the fitness facilities were unacceptable. Overall, the hotel feels overpriced and does not deliver the level of service, amenities, or quality you would expect for the cost. There are much better options available for the same price or even less. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
