  We stayed 2 nights here while we were visiting Charlottetown. Good location just a few minutes to downtown. A very good price for a room with 2 queen beds which included a buffet breakfast with everything you could want. Extremely friendly, competent staff, I would recommend this place for sure.

  We want to thank ALL the management and staff at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlottetown for making our vacation week (celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary) a truly special one! First, anyone and everyone that works at this hotel that we personally met, was super friendly, helpful and patient. The hotel is extremely clean and very well maintained. Our room was very clean and spacious with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, etc! Our TV was great and was a really good size too. We had NO issues in our room as it was absolutely perfect! The breakfast buffet was outstanding! All the women who took care of that area worked so hard to keep things running smoothly as possible for all the guests eating there. They kept the eating areas spotless and were constantly working to make it the best experience possible. The food choices for breakfast were simply amazing - so much to choose from and the food was delicious! The front desk staff was very accommodating and were very eager to help us with any questions that we had. The pool area was well kept and very clean overall. The fitness room was amazing and the best thing (a minor but important quality) about this room was that is was very cool in the entire area. This is what we have been looking for in a fitness room - cool and circulated air so that you can BREATHE properly when exercising! This was the total opposite years ago when we were at a hotel in Cuba as it was humid in the fitness room and no circulation - we couldn't exercise more than 10 minutes there. But, this Holiday Inn got this minor aspect 100% correct (and we couldn't be happier with the fitness room and the equipment there)! The only issue we had during our PEI stay was late night noise from parents and kids that were staying there who were attending a hockey tournament for 2 days. When we called the front desk to complain about the noise, it didn't take even 2 minutes for the manager, David MacDonald, to take care of the noise issue. We can't thank David and his ENTIRE staff for working so hard to make our vacation stay a perfect one! Our memories of this particular Holiday Inn Express will be positively everlasting! We will truly miss everyone there and once we visit PEI and Charlottetown again in the near future, our stay will be back at this particular hotel - 100% for sure! Sincerely, Paul and Gloria.

  The staff is great they all make you feel at home. The place to stay far enough from the city but close to everything.

  Belle découverte! Les chambres sont propres, sans tapis et d'une belle grandeur. Les déjeuners sont tres bons avec beaucoup de variété. Il manque juste un spa pour avoir une note parfaite!
