  I had booked 3 days at Paso Robles through a 3rd party vendor, but my rental car had to be returned to a different location requiring me to cancel my last day at this location. I spoke with the clerk about these changes the 1st day, the 2nd day I told the clerk I for sure wanted to cancel the last day. The clerk told me to wait until the next morning and the manager would help me with the cancelation. The manager said I needed to handle it through the 3rd party who said I needed to notify Holiday Inn 24 hrs in advance. Employees miss informing customers costing them hundreds. NOT A GOOD WAY TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS! Been using IHG and Holiday Inns for decades with my prime travel years coming up. If IHG doesn't repair this wrong it will be my last IHG or Holiday Inn Booking. If you want your cancelation money back you better read your contract and notify them in writing. I will update this if they ever make this right from a business stand point, but so far that haven't attempted to do the right thing at all! Just give som BS response to show a half attempt of anything.

  Newly renovated rooms. Wonderful staff. If you're in the area to enjoy some of the awesome vineyards, this is a wonderful facility. Great location in route to multiple locations. Easy access in Paso Robles. Breakfast available. Indoor pool and other amenities.

  Excellent service and friendly staff. Spacious dinning hall with big screen tv to watch sports or if you got dinner or lunch to go just go back and eat in the dinning hall. All you can drink coffee, tea and hot chocolate for the guests. And it's good coffee. Even the decaf was flavorful.

  We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Paso Robles. The location is very convenient — easy access to the freeway and just 5 minutes from downtown Paso Robles, plus only about 20 minutes from the wineries. The hotel was super neat, clean, and quiet, which made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was great, and the staff attending that area were kind and extremely attentive. The front desk team was also very helpful, giving us excellent recommendations on places to visit. We definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again!

  The only thing I'd say at this moment is it's going through a remodel but they did a good job of not having it impact the guest experience
