    Terrible experience here. Extremely unprofessional and rude front desk service. The night staff even threatened to “kick me out”. I felt extremely unsafe as a solo female traveler. Will never stop by this chain again.

    Rooms are great but lack lighting in hallways and stairways. There is a chicken coop next door so you will be woken up at 5am by farm life asmr. I believe the neighbor’s Dogs are constantly barking. The AC is also really loud and will keep you up at night.

    Stayed at this Best Western Plus as part of my trip down the coast. The hotel is right off highway 101 and near several restaurants. There is an outdoor pool that is quite deep as well as a hot tub. The rooms were clean and quiet, other than someone honking for several minutes in the morning, that I can't attribute to the hotel itself. The staff at check in were great, I was able to get an extra comforter from the overnight staff as I found it quite cold, and couldn't sleep with the heater fan on. They give you a $5 voucher for the on-site restaraunt for breakfast, but having had dinner their I decided to skip it as I found the prices steep. There is a mini vending fridge in the lobby where I was able to get snacks from. The beds are comfortable and I slept supringly well. Would definitely return to this hotel if traveling through here again.
