I've had Michelle assist me with a couple different trips in the past such as Puerto Vallarta hotel, air fare and booking boat cruises for snorkeling in the warm waters of Mexico. It was nice to have everything all lined up perfectly as needed. Michelle is always very helpful and is a delight to talk to, as she has a very happy outlook and attitude on life in general. Everything went with no hitch and the entire trip was perfect

Very disappointed in service by Michelle Bookerman-Enriquez. Booked Trip to Cabo for myself, my sister and my two children. Received reservation with confirmation for airfare, transportation and 2 rooms at all inclusive resort. I later requested to add my husband to existing reservation. Did not require adding another room and I made this clear and received email confirmation that she would add to existing reservation for a total of two rooms. When I received his travel information it appeared that he was booked another room giving us a total of three rooms. I emailed and called with delayed response. She finally returned my email and confirmed she had made a mistake and she would work on fixing the issue. I received and email a few days later stating she was still working on it and would get back to me. She never got back to me after multiple emails prior to our departure. I did not know what I was getting upon arrival. We arrived and of course nothing had been resolved. We were booked in 3 rooms which was at a higher cost which was confirmed at check in by hotel staff but was told it would need to be resolved with travel agent. We again emailed and called with urgent request to call us at the resort to resolve issue. She called the next day and I expressed my frustration that this was not taken care of. I requested a refund of difference of the third room or excision credit or something to compensate for this mistake. She stated she would get back to me and would see what she could do through third party agent. Needless to say she has not gotten back with me after emails requesting follow up. Its unfortunate that she can not provide needed follow up and refund of her mistake. Very very disappointed in the customer service, response and lack of doing the right thing in correcting her mistake. I feel taken Advantage of as we do not live in California. She booked the extra room as this was more money in her pocket and hopes that I will just give up in perusing a refund for her mistake. I have given her plenty of time to respond, with no response. Use caution when using these services.
