THIS IS ONLY FOR THE RESTAURANT!!! HILTON PASADENA F&B PASADENA CA HORRIBLE SERVICE & HORRIBLE FOOD! I was at a seminar on Saturday November 17th and F&B PASADENA CA provided absolutely THE WORST service at the restaurant and the food I ended up throwing away $30 for the worst Hamburger I have ever had for the past few months! They could not handle 45-50 food boxes coming from the kitchen to distribute and there were 4 people involved it took them just 20 minutes to find my food box!!! Management needs to retaring this disqualified employees. This is not the fault of those 4 staff, it's fundamentally the restaurant Managment's direct fault not having the system set up. Everyone can handle food for 2-3 up to 6 people but when you have an event for over 50 people who have only 40 minutes to do everything when attempting a class! COME ON BE ORGANIZED!!! What a shame for such reputable brand. It is SAD! I think 3.1 Rating is too much for them!

Stayed here for one night on November 1st. I booked 2 1-King Bed rooms, one for myself and my husband and one for my brother as I have the Hilton Amex and gold status, which I know doesn’t mean much but should mean something and wanted it all on one account. I felt things just weren’t explained well at check in as well as not informing us of amenities like if there was morning coffee or where the gym and pool were located. This is to say that the entire welcome felt quite cold and rushed and not at all like what I have come to love about Hilton properties. This review mainly pertains to my room. I was upgraded to a street side King Bed Deluxe Room (without asking) and I was asked if I wanted to get the f&b credit or the bonus points. I opted for bonus points. However, the other room was not upgraded (not that it needed to be, I know it's not a requirement) but it appears that room was given the f&b credit, which we did not use as I assumed both rooms under my name would get the bonus points instead. It just felt like the whole second room was an afterthought to them and there was poor communication. My room was spacious but HOT, it was 76° on the thermostat when I entered the room. The mini fridge was also quite warm. I turned the AC down and cranked the fridge temp, the fridge cooled but the room stayed quite warm the entire night. My brother had the same complaint about having a warm room. His room and floor smelled like cigarette smoke and we did let the front desk almost immediately, I was only told “we will note it”, no apology, no offer to move rooms. Disappointed. For my room, the bed was quite hard and the pillows too soft and floppy. It hurt my neck and shoulders a lot. Our room was on the top floor across from the elevator bank. On this floor there are a couple of stairs to get to the rooms’ hallway. In the morning the clanking, slamming and cursing of the steps by customers with their luggage woke us up starting around 6am. The hotel eventually brought a portable ramp but this was just loud in a different way. Sleep was out of the question. The bathroom looked clean upon initial inspection but when we went to take morning showers there was a mess of long dark black hair all over the shower; in the drain, on the wall, on the floor. We are both sandy-blonde, this was not ours. It was very gross and felt as if the shower was just not cleaned after the last guest. The whole room was a bit grimy, dirty chair, old carpet, dirty shower.. When I went to make coffee in the in room coffee maker I found that to also be quite dirty and crusty. At checkout the reception was just as cold as check in. No ask of “how was your stay” just “how do you want your receipt” and off we went for our $30 valet. I did mention the cigarette smoke again, with no apology, again, but wanted to be sure we were not charged a smoking fee. While this hotel is in a great central location, where we felt safe in the neighborhood and in the rooms, with competitive prices and an awards program, we won’t be back when we return to Pasadena next year.

Awesome experience here. John Carlos at the counter was incredibly nice and helpful. Really needed a nice and safe place to stay after a few days on the road and he ensured I had the best experience possible.

Nice and clean hotel! The position is great if you need to be close to the convention center of Pasadena. The only thing that I can say that I wasn’t very happy was that they upgraded my room with a street side view… was noise but I was too tired to ask for a change.

Good location, good service and good staff. Stayed here for the Oasis concert at the rosebowl . (twenty minute walk to the rosebowl shuttle bus stop.) Enjoyed our stay. Pool area is a decent place to relax Just one downside, the beer prices in the bar are astronomical, it's the most expensive I have ever purchased.(2x pints $40) Good breakfast spot just around the corner and some good local bars nearby Would stay here again, but would avoid the bar
