Breakfast the next day was pretty decent with hot foods as well as cereal. Iron, coffee pot, and fridge available in the room. What more could you ask for? Better than a few 4 star hotels I've stayed at. I would definitely stay here again.

- MAMichele AOct 5, 20251.0Called to make reservation since we needed ground floor. Alexa/Alexis is who i had to deal w for this. She was down right rude couldnt wait to get me off phone. She made several mistakes on reservation from not paying attention and in hurry. I had to call back to fix them and mistakes were still there upon check in which Eva didnt fix and added another one which that finally got fixed at check out by finally a professional friendly lady. Room given had a very strong horrible odor in room I had to ask for another room even though it was just one night. Room we were given had loud banging noises from 1130pm to 1am. Walls rattled at times that's how bad it was so didnt get much sleep. Couldn't figure out cause but possibly a/c unit. Plus constant talking of ppl outside our door. Floor was dirty. Otherwise room was semi clean and bed comfortable. Variety tv channels. Breakfast wasnt good not much offered. Yogurt expired muffins old. No hot water for tea although they don't offer tea! Edit to add in response to BW: Everything was brought to the staff attention. How do you think we got a different room if I didn't mention the odor in first room? I asked about hot water / tea and was told you didn't have any, only coffee. That is why I heated up our own water we brought using the microwave. Every issue was reported but only the odor was addressed by giving us a different room. Only got an apology on everything else. We stay in hotels over 100 nights a year for MANY years so I know about reporting issues, etc. Communication prevents issues.
