  Great location very close to the main stretch of downtown Palo Alto and close to lots of eateries. Close to Stanford University's main campus as well. Staff were very friendly and kept my room meticulously clean. Breakfast was simple (cold cuts, some egg, potatoes, sausage and lots of yogurt and juice). I love the juice and non-dairy yogurt, especially with all the viruses these days. No fridge in small room but ask nicely and they will refridgerate your items for you.

  Room was quiet clean and comfortable. Staff was always available. Light breakfast available on the mornings. Only qwerk I saw was that they provided a 2in1 soap shampoo mix by the sink and shower. Kind of wish they didn't get stingy on that. Otherwise comfortable place toncall in from the night and very close to restaurants and the Caltrain.

  Esta muy bien hunicado a 10 min caminando de la Universidad con muchas posibilidades para comer alrededor. Los cuartos son muy cómodos y limpios, el servicio es muy bueno. La única observación es que el extractor de aire es un poco ruidoso por la noche.

  This is a lovely hotel!! Great location, friendly and helpful staff, free breakfast and wine hour!! The rooms are great too, i love the divide doors that separate the sleeping area from the bathroom! I only have four stars for the rooms because my room specifically did not have an actual window.

  Customer service here was terrible: there was an issue with the AC unit in my room, I asked 6 times over the course of 3 days for them to look at it, and they kept saying it was "working fine" without seeming to notice that my room was perpetually warm and stuffy. Eventually I found the manual for the unit online and fixed it myself (it had been configured so the temperature could not be adjusted). Hotel is clean and in a great location downtown. The rooms are ok (the entrance to my room was through the bathroom for some reason). But if you have any problems though it seems like the front desk / maintenance will not help.
