  While this establishment is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are spotlessly clean, it was the thoughtful staff with their friendly actions that stood out to me. The food was exceptional as well. I had a ridiculously early flight out and asked for a wake-up call - the call was not only on time, but a second call a few minutes later to ensure I was awake was impressive. This is the kind of care and awareness the staff displays. Thank you!

  This place is very old. Mold around the windows, nothing has been done here since 1980 is suppose. Old furniture, smelly rooms, absolutely horrible. The staff is nice, but again, they can do so much. Regardless how close you are to where you need to be, move 1 or 2 miles away and find a better accommodation. You will thank me. Is a simply NO!

  Got charged extra for some reason and it took a month of repeated calls and messages to support to finally get resolved. Rooms old and smells as such. Decent location. Also there is so much parking. Why charge? Silly to nickel and dime your customers who already choose to stay at your place.

  We stayed the weekend of January 2-4, 2026, on 5th floor by stairwell. I called the front desk from my cell phone due to the phone in the room not working, to get help with the shower, water was not coming on, as well as heat in the room. Front desk lady was calling their engineer to help, then 52 minutes later, we called back since no one came, this is late in evening. The front desk clerk [lady] came up and got the shower working. We reminded her about the heat and room phone, not able to call the front desk. Later, the facility brought up two electrical heaters and kept stating our room had been remodeled, and I stated they did a poor job with the heat and electrical system. In the early morning hours, I stated to the front desk that the heaters blew the circuits again and had no power in half the room or bathroom. We left for our event we needed to be at, and the front desk stated that the engineer would be out to fix everything. We arrived back late that evening, and the heat was still out. The facility had left the heaters behind as well, so they never fixed heat or phone. Of course, it blew the power again, I woke up in the early hours, cold and again power out in half the room and bathroom. This was not a great room or relaxing it felt like the facility was not taken care of the problems. My son-in-law reported it as well when my daughter and I arrived home. He reported it to IHG Hotels & Resorts. Where was the hospitality, and I would not recommend this location to friends or relatives. The person at the front desk was more interested in collecting the 20.00 dollars each night for parking, then taking any notes, and I stated they had my daughter's card.
