The lady at the front desk said “she has never heard of that type of booking” I tried to show her my reservation on the IHG app but she refused to look, claiming she was blind and can’t see. She tried to force me to pay the full $75 fee and I refused because I already paid extra on the reservation that I booked called “PET GETAWAY” this is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was a diamond member for several years straight and I’ve always been treated so well. Photos will be attached below for proof.

I had to go to the front desk 3x to get the pillows replaced really 8am till 4pm. I had to listen to the manager teach me about hotels and listen to her opinion, after waiting for her...rude. Ran out of toliet paper, did NOT go to front desk. The rooms smelled of food because the floors are open to where it is cooked, not nice to wake at 4am with food smell. Carpet old. Tried breakfast 1st AM, instant eggs, uncooked susage, waffel maker was not good. Glad mgr. educated me, will NEVER stay at IHG hotels again.
