    We stayed here as a family on my husbands business trip. When we went to check out they closed the elevator for routine maintenance and wouldnt let us down. We were on the 3rd floor with an entire families week long stay worth of stuff all loaded onto the luggage cart. More importantly I'm disabled and stairs are extremely difficult for me. Especially that many flights of stairs. No one cared. To them I looked fine, I technically can walk so it was no issue to them. They told us it would be hours before maintenance is done. To be clear this was routine maintenance that they could have scheduled whenever and they chose to have it done at 10am when guests were checking out. The elevator was not broken down. Absolutely absurd. Also had holes in towels, shower curtain, bath mat, regular curtains. Kitchen equipment was bottom shelf thrift store items that were literally falling apart. Can opener didnt work, spatula was in two pieces.

    Great experience for my entire stay. The staff is beyond incredible and helpful. The room and hotel remained clean and hospitable. The staff seem to enjoy their job, which make the guests feel welcomed. 10/10 will definitely stay here again!

    Located very close to most everything, AV mall is 5 minutes away, a lot of restaurants just a couple minutes driving. The rooms are not modern style, more classical,but the bed is really comfortable, pillows soft and quiet nights. The tvs in the room are really huge! They have from Monday to Wednesday the “social evenings” with food and drinks. Also the room comes with a full kitchen so you can literally cook everything (beside oven baked safety rules) The breakfast in the morning is well done, with multiple choices and fountain juices. Hats off to Vanessa, the girl in the reception, very attentive and helpful!
