Was not a fan of this location. The rooms were ok. Definitely older, breakfast was not the best at all. Everything was cold/stale. Wouldn't recommend staying here with better options in the area. Only plus side was staff was extremely kind. Nice. And helpful.

I had a very upsetting and unacceptable experience at this hotel that needs to be addressed. My sister and I went down to the breakfast area early in the morning. We politely gave the waitress our room number, and she confirmed that breakfast was included with our stay.
Moments later, A Hispanic lady who was also having breakfast stepped behind the counter and we noticed it looked like she double checked our room number in a very dismissive way to the point it seemed like she was questioning the waitress. What made this especially disturbing is that she did not question or “double check” a single non-Black guest who was eating breakfast at the same time. Only us.
This was humiliating and felt like blatant racial profiling. There was no reason to question us after the waitress already confirmed our breakfast was included. Being treated like we were trying to get something we didn’t pay for—while other guests were trusted without question—was deeply offensive.
No guest should ever be made to feel uncomfortable, singled out, or disrespected because of their race. This experience completely ruined our morning and left us feeling unwelcome. I expect better from a hotel that claims to provide professional and inclusive service. Management seriously needs to address this behavior and retrain staff on treating all guests equally and with respect.
