This hotel is great - We stayed several nights in a good spot. Even the breakfast folks for nice with plenty of coffee. We'll be back in 6 months and will be staying here again. Thank you!

It was very noticeable and persistent. Had to change rooms. Service is bad, they have no qualms making life difficult for their patrons. The front desk guy wasn't at all nice when i was dealing with the sound issue. The online price was less than the price they quoted at front desk. In this case, the hotel usually matches it. But they asked me to book online instead. Its a waste of my time with no benefit for them. If they cared about customer service it wouldn't be this way.
