So my company put me in this hotel for a couple of days. I was in the second floor right above the lobby roof. During those days a big storm came through and when I woke up in the morning the carpet in the bedroom and living room area were completely wet under the windows. I checked the windows and they were closed and sealed so it most of came through the walls along the lobby roof line. I called downstairs and notified them and was told they'll dry the carpets. Came back later that day and it was a bit dry but not fully. Woke up again the next morning and once again the carpets were completely drenched again. When leaving for the day told the front desk about it and was told they'll dry them again. Also that day they were replacing the locks in the door to a tap system instead of inserting the card. Get back and get a new key, go to my room and can't get in. I did this the times and the only way I can get in my room is for maintenance to open my door for me. Got back in the room and carpets are still wet. The carpets were wet for the 6 days I was there. Tried to change rooms but was told they were all sold out for the days I was there. The only plus side I had while staying there were the two free drinks at the bar. The restaurant menu seems a bit over priced so I just stuck to Uber eats. The free breakfast in the morning was good. Hopefully next year my company will put us up on one of the newer ones that are being built out there.

Very nice hotel, but they charge you for parking whether you park or not, and leave it up to you to fix the bill later. They don't have a way to track parking, so they just add it to your bill.
This happened two stays in a row, even when I let them know when checking in that I wasn't parking.
I was told the only way to solve this is that I need to check out in person and fix the bill while checking out. If I check out in the app (as I do), I need to call to fix it, which then takes a supervisor.
It's not a big deal, they kindly fix it, but I'd just rather stay somewhere I get the correct bill. Fixing my bill is a hassle I don't want to deal with when doing my expense report.

Came here on a road trip between NorCal and SoCal. Initially it was a good experience with smooth check in. Then we had a room with a broken pull out bed that they did have someone check on at 10pm but could not fix. The bartender and the omelet cook were really great and definitely trying their best with the number of guests they had to serve. I really disliked the morning manager who I saw be very unhelpful with a disabled elderly lady and who also did not have good communication with the night manager about our broken couch. 2 of 4 cardio machines were out in the gym and one of the corners was leaking water. My room keys stopped working around 930am before we checked out.

It seems to be a fairly new hotel. We chose to stay here due to the indoor pool & spa. A couple of issues: First the sign on the sixth floor did not show Room 600. The sign started with room 601. We should have been told when we checked in that Room 600 is not shown on the sign and it is at the very end of the hall past room 602. Or the sign should be corrected. Second the room key cards failed to work in the card scanners not only at our room also at the pool door. We had the cards replaced and still had problems. Twice we had to call the front desk to have someone come and open a door for us.
The good stuff: the hotel lobby is beautifully decorated. Lots of comfortable seating areas for small or large groups. The food choices at the morning breakfast is great, including fresh made omelettes. Everything tasted great and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Especially Dulce who took great care of us and our granddaughter.
The pool area is spacious with a large pool (not heated) the spa is very noisy I think the water level was low so the jet noise was louder than it should be. The gym had just the right type of equipment for cardio & strength training. Within a couple of miles there are lots of fast food restaurants to choose from. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we Stay here again.
