  O DoubleTree Palmdale, antigo Ramada (Wyndham), passou por uma transição que vai muito além de uma simples mudança de bandeira para a marca dos tradicionais cookies quentes da Hilton. Trata-se de uma renovação estrutural profunda, que redefiniu por completo a experiência do hóspede. Os novos quartos revelam uma proposta arquitetônica contemporânea e surpreendentemente arrojada. Aqueles habituados ao padrão mais sóbrio e clássico dos DoubleTree de gerações anteriores certamente notarão a diferença. A reforma trouxe linhas mais limpas, atmosfera luminosa e um senso de modernidade que eleva significativamente o padrão do produto. Fiquei particularmente impressionado com o banheiro: agora mais claro, elegante e funcional. A substituição da antiga banheira por um amplo box com portas deslizantes em vidro, apoiadas sobre trilhos cromados, acrescenta sofisticação e reforça a identidade contemporânea do projeto. Embora nossa estada tenha sido breve — apenas uma noite durante uma viagem de carro rumo a Las Vegas —, a impressão geral foi extremamente positiva. O hotel apresenta amplo estacionamento, áreas renovadas e acomodações que combinam conforto, limpeza impecável e estética atualizada, além de um atendimento cordial e eficiente. O único aspecto que ficou ligeiramente aquém das expectativas foi o café da manhã. Como cliente Diamond há 14 anos, percebi que o padrão oferecido ainda não alcança plenamente o nível que costumo encontrar em outras unidades DoubleTree — possivelmente um resquício da antiga operação sob a bandeira Ramada. Para mim, esse ponto tem relevância secundária, já que não valorizo particularmente essa refeição; entretanto, hóspedes que consideram o café da manhã um elemento central da experiência podem notar essa diferença. Ainda assim, retornaria ao DoubleTree Palmdale sem hesitação. Os pilares que considero essenciais — qualidade do quarto, excelência do banho e limpeza rigorosa — foram plenamente atendidos, proporcionando uma estada confortável e revigorante.

  We specifically chose this hotel because it has a pool, even though it was further away from my husband’s workplace. The plan was for me to stay and relax by the pool for a few hours while he was at work. Unfortunately, this hotel does not allow guests to use any amenities after check-out, which was extremely disappointing. In all the resorts and hotels I’ve stayed at before, this has never been an issue — using amenities after check-out is usually standard, especially when the facilities are empty. I explained my situation calmly to the staff and kindly asked if there was anything that could be done, particularly since no one was using the pool at all. It’s not like there was high demand or a need to make space for other guests. Still, the answer was a hard no due to “liability issues.” Honestly, this explanation is frustrating when so many other hotels manage to allow this without any problems. If you’re booking this place mainly for the amenities, be aware that they are strictly unavailable after check-out, no exceptions. That alone made our stay far less enjoyable than expected.

  I booked our company's annual holiday party in the DoubleTree banquet room each of the past two years. The planning support was outstanding. The banquet room was great. The food was superb. The service at the party was excellent. Safe parking lot. Modern, clean hotel. Incredible value. I plan to schedule next year's party at the DoubleTree again.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Palmdale. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Cesar went above and beyond to make my stay even better, he was incredibly helpful, kind, and truly made me feel valued as a guest.My room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel is in a great location, quiet, and close to restaurants and shopping. The amenities were well kept! Overall, a wonderful experience,I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
