We arrived at 8:30 PM to the restaurant, and the receptionist—who appeared STONED (red eyes, slow)—told us that everyone had already left and that we couldn’t have dinner. Because of that, we were unable to use the $36 dining credit included with our reservation. The restaurant was supposed to close at 10 PM, so this made no sense. It was also smelling weed in the lobby area. Secondly, the heater in our room did not work properly. It would turn on for two minutes, then shut off for two minutes, repeatedly, and it was extremely loud the whole night. The thermostat was installed directly above the heater, so it would show 80°F when the heater was on and then drop to 68–70°F only two minutes later. It felt like an obvious attempt to cut electricity costs. I reported these issues to the manager, who offered me a miserable 2,000 Hilton points—worth about $8. Pretty cheap, right?

Came back to find my room unlocked and wide open after house cleaning came through. Breakfast service is sub par. Wil not stay here again.
