The receptionist lied about the pool hours and both front desk employees were extremely rude. Breakfast was another let down as they just served cheap egg and sausage croissant sandwiches that are just microwaved. The Holiday Inn just up the road is far nicer, higher quality and freshly made Breakfast. All for a 10 dollars more.
- DPDavid PageOct 12, 20251.0Seriously, the worst Best Western I’ve ever stayed in the first room. They gave me reeked of cigarette smoke and pot they put me im another room. It smelt better, but the whole hallway smelled of cigarettes. The room was dusty and dirty, not clean. The bed was very uncomfortable I was tossing and turning all night and maybe got two hours of good sleep and to top it off The breakfast was just a heated Jimmy Dean sandwich wrapped in foil. Best Western plus’s have always had a full breakfast I’ve ever stayed in. This should not be a Best Western plus it should be a Best Western sure stay inn seriously, on quality with a motel six i’ve stayed in 100 different. Best westerns on top tier reward status with that brand this one falls at the very bottom of the list. The whole hotel seemed dated dirty and cheap. Afford at all cost unless you’re fine with a motel six style hotel and I guess you’d be OK with this one.
