Good location close to downtown PS. Enrique at the front desk was a superstar for us, got our whole family on the same floor in the same building. Excellent customer service. Pool is beautiful. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

Best place to stay in PS . Rooms are very large, staff is great, prices are fair. I like the location for the views and the proximity to the hiking trails. Three is nothing hard to get to in PS, no matter where your at, but bring close to these views and the trails is just a nice luxury. Second trip here, they accommodate a request I made at booking and staff is wonderful. I will be back again.

Good location if you have a car- just a few miles from downtown Palm Springs. Easy access to restaurants, museums, and shopping. Large hotel rooms with a full living room and kitchen. Lots of empty space in our rooms where they could've put desks or couches or lights. The main issue was not enough light in any of the rooms. The pools are lovely. No real on site restaurant - the pool serves some food for breakfast and dinner, but it's like snacks and fast food around the pool. You need to get up and order yourself (which is fine, but not the poolside resort vibe when you pay a huge resort fee daily). There's a big basketball court. A really nice spa. A sauna. A small fitness room with AC not working, 1 light blinking on and off all 3 days we were there, and the treadmills face the wall without a mirror, with your back to the door, which feels unsafe. Turning the machines around or adding a mirror to reduce people sneaking up on someone would help. Gorgeous views. Very large bathtub. Overall we did enjoy our trip.

A pretty nice resort with a lot of different activities available! They have a really huge pool at complex with a pool bar and grill, a cold non heated pool, and there's a heated pool with two water slides, one is very small, and one is very fast and twisty!! There are lifeguards around to help out with the water slides. Due to the location of this resort, it may be a little bit of ways from the main town but it is quiet. Rooms are pretty spacious along with each of them having a full equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove and even microwave along with plates and utensils, and the bathroom is also pretty big too. Some of the sinks and bathtub are made of plastic which is interesting, and some room even have balconies! There is also an indoor basketball court along with a sauna in a different floor and a spa. The concierge desk is also pretty useful too at the lobby area with helpful people guiding you to whatever activities there are around, as well as any of those areas are busy. The only problem I found with that the soundproofing could use some work... Our room on the second floor had lots of upstairs activity from creaking and even some sort of shouting.
