I was so honored to be a hostess for the Palm Springs film festival filmmakers. Great place to welcome everyone to the lounge where they could enjoy compensatory wine and snacks. The lounge location, ambience, is excellent to relax and kickback. The bartenders and staff were excellent to work with.

Surprisingly I had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Palm Springs. Yes it’s overall outdated especially the exteriors like what other reviewers said, but I found the interior to be better than what I expected - renovated bathroom, spacious indoor space with very comfortable mid century style lounge chairs and the property is super close to DTPS (two blocks away). I have a Hilton Diamond status so we had a free room upgrade to the Alcove room and $15 F&B credit/person. I would describe the hotel as an older residence inn without kitchen. We were lucky and got a really good nightly rate but I could understand where the frustration comes from if you have to pay closely to $400/night.

The hotel rooms are really outdated; they're only suitable for short stays of a few days. The staff is very professional. I hope they can add public washing machines and dryers. After the pandemic, I'm reluctant to have the staff wash my clothes, not because I don't want to pay for laundry service, but because I'm now always worried about various viruses. I hope Hilton will consider making improvements and keeping up with the times.

The staff of the hotel is very nice and professional. Hotel facilities is tooooooooooo old. There are a lot of hidden fee when you check out. Not recommended to stay. My marriage is in Hilton so it was my preferred choice for 10+ years even if a bit expensive than other hotels, but will not choose Hilton for future stay any more because of this experience. Some unique things to experience the hotel, 1. the EV charger is 1Kw, which is rare in other hotel and facilities, anyone with EV who want to test their EV works for slow charger, it is a good choice. And 50% of the 1Kw chargers are broken; 2. We paid around 400 USD for a night, but need to beg front desk for a bottle of water; 3. No pen or paper in the hotel room when I want to take some notes

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming from the start. The hallways, and room all looked outdated and poorly maintained, with unpleasant smells throughout. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
