There is only 1 eliptical, 1:Peleton, and 3 treadmills. For those of us who do a lot of cardio for our workout, it was an issue! You could really use another eliptical and perhaps recumbent bike! The gym was well used when I was there!

Concierge checking me in last night had an attitude problem, clearly I inconvenienced him by interrupting his back room doom scrolling. They supposedly had zero upgrades available for Diamond members, but today I was told they don’t provide upgrades based on my ADA room—which was the only king bed available. Never had that happen at any other Hilton. Lastly, the bartender had one single patron in his restaurant and ignored me for 5 minutes straight while he bullshitted with her about some nonsense that he could’ve been doing while making my drink. Got back to the room today—and housekeeping skipped the damn thing altogether. Whoever gave this place 4-stars should be embarrassed. Go to the other Hilton in town, maybe they’re better, or try another brand.

Her enthusiastic energy, caring attitude and just simply joyful personality was a pleasure to be around. Ive never seen anyone work so hard to make me a michelada haha. Amazing service, will definitely come back.
