Had a very frustrating experience at this hotel last week. The door lock stopped working and we were locked out of our room for a few hours with no access to our car keys, electronics, or wallet. They couldn't figure out how to fix it, so ultimately ended up taking the window apart and climbing through to open the door.
Not ideal, but weird issues crop up occasionally. What I found really unacceptable was the absolute lack of customer service support. Despite the pretty major inconvenience (this was late at night and I had a work event early the next morning), they told us they couldn't fix it until the next day and that once we were in the room, we couldn't leave because we would be locked out again and the maintenance person was leaving for the evening.
We weren't offered to be moved to another room that had a working door lock. Not even an apology for being stuck outside for hours at almost midnight (with the exception of the security person and the maintenance person who were incredibly nice and seemed like the only people that thought this issue was being handled poorly).
I was frustrated by the situation and given the way we were treated, didn't want to have any further disruptions, so I checked out a day early. When I went to the front desk and spoke to the manager, I asked if I could be reimbursed for that night for the inconvenience. The manager was utterly unhelpful and rude. She said she was not able to provide any discount and that these things happen, but was willing to provide a free drink and a free appetizer at the hotel bar, which was frankly insulting.
I understand that weird issues happen. What I don't understand is why the manager and the front desk staff are not trained to provide better customer service. Being offered a new room would have been the absolute bare minimum and even that was not offered. Add to that a manager who seemed hostile to even providing a little empathy for an unpleasant experience, and it really just created an incredibly poor customer experience.
I would not recommend this hotel. You can find much better service -- and better, more updated rooms -- elsewhere in Palm Springs.
Stayed 2 nights and was in walking area close to Plaza theater and many restaurants. Did not bother us but the Night club next door was going past midnight if you have children ask to stay on the quieter side.

This was such a nice hotel. The front desk staff was really helpful and kind. The rooms were very nice. The hotel and the facilities were top notch. The pool area was so comfortable. The morning breakfast attendant was super helpful - I wish the menu items changed a bit they were similar day after day. I would stay again it was a great place.
Decent hotel, but i can only say decent. Room was fairly nice. Shower had low water pressure and the temperature fluctuated. Our room had an adjoining door. The people in the next room we could hear their conversations clearly. Every evening and every morning staff was using an electric blower in the pool area. It had a high pitch whine to it. It would go on for 30 minutes plus. Annoying. The pool bar is small, but nice. We had a good margarita there. We wanted some snacks but the bartender said they dont serve snacks, even though their front desk staff and signs said they did. We think the bartender was being LAZY. And, of the three bartenders we had at different times, two were completely socially awkward. No friendliness, smile, greeting. Super weird. You can't be antisocial and a bartender at the same time! Lol would we stay here again? Maybe. Location is great. I'd say, ask for a non-adjoining room and not near the pool and you might be okay.
