I was downgraded to a basic room and told to “contact the third party” for a price adjustment. Then they declined cooperation with the third party. Completely misleading, poor communication, and unacceptable customer service. Would not stay again. Rooms have such a poor sound insulation by the way!
- GVGene VogelDec 25, 20253.0Man, the walls are thin at this place. Constant noise from our neighbors, especially the one with the 'door between the rooms'. (We did not request such a room.) I sleep with earplugs and still it was noticeable. It also didn't help that the weatherstripping was missing on the front door, allowing even more noise to come through with every passer-by. The location is GREAT if you want to be right in the heart of Palm Springs, and the breakfast offerings wasn't too shabby.

The rooms are large, smell fresh, in fact the entire place is a no smoking zone. Of course there's a bar, courtesy restaurant, pool and it's beautiful. Walk across the street and stroll on the Palm Canyon Bl to enjoy shopping, dining, dancing, plenty of unique places, and music galore. Prices are reasonable and very competitive. We frequently stay here when we come to town. We especially enjoy being here for the Festival Of Lights Parade. No hassle when it comes to parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. True story 👍🏼
