  By far this is the best of the Best Westerns in their chain, that have many unacceptrable places around the country. The staff, facilties and breakfast are all first class.

  Nice looking grounds. Breakfast isn't bad but you can't serve yourself and the staff wasn't super attentive

  Nice looking hotel with lush grounds, beautiful pool area, excellent full breakfast, comfy rooms and central location. HOWEVER, we were unfortunately located in Build B opposite a very noisy bar that pumps music until 2am. If you are put into Building B DON’T ACCEPT it and demand another room. Otherwise, excellent stay.

  Changed my room due to loud music but was moved to a nice quiet spot. The grounds were impeccably clean and all the staff very pleasant . Morning breakfast included and delicous. Great coffee. Fresh fruit hot entrees very nice, the pool temp a nice 82 to 84 plenty of longe chairs and very well kept. Rooms were tight but i needed 2 beds. Looked like the king rooms were more spacious. Definitely worth the price

  Booked a jacuzzi room, but upon arrival was told I couldn’t stay there because I had a child something never disclosed online. I was downgraded to a basic room and told to “contact the third party” for a price adjustment. Then they declined cooperation with the third party. Completely misleading, poor communication, and unacceptable customer service. Would not stay again. Rooms have such a poor sound insulation by the way!
