  I stayed at this location back in May of 2021, and found it so poorly maintain that I vowed never to return. So imagine my surprise this morning when I noticed a reservation, to begin on 2/6/2026, that was fraudulently made in my name at this hotel. More suspicious, the reservation and emailed confirmation was made the day before, on 2/5/2026. When I called the franchise owner this morning (2/6/2026), I was rudely dismissed. When I called the corporate Customer Service (C.S.), I was kindly assisted. After they contacted the franchise owner, C.S. told me he said, "that it was too late to cancel without penalty, but he would do me the courtesy of canceling the reservation without charge this time." His false courtesy belies the fraudulent booking made on such short notice. One has to wonder how the customer information required to make a reservation was accessed?

  Outstanding location- close to all Palm Springs and area attractions. Excellent price-value, especially considering the premium location and extensive breakfast options. We also enjoyed the heated pool and spa, despite cool January weather. Dog-friendly is the icing on the cake!

  My husband and I were just staying one night. The motel is kind of an old building and not very updated. The motel is located right up against a hill in beautiful Palm Springs. It's pet-friendly, but not much "pet areas." Breakfast is ok. The eggs taste kind of weird.

  Conveniently located hotel with good amenities and lets dogs stay. Beautiful Mountain View’s and was able to spot bighorns. Affordable priced rooms were clean. The staff was good. Bed wasn’t comfy, though. The mattress needs refreshing, and the pillows are not comfortable. The hard floors for the dogs is convenient. During rain event the WiFi didn’t work and it reeked of urine smell. The smell apparently came from the sink, but not 100% sure The AC fan can’t be manually controlled. The doors don’t closed completely because there’s a gap on the floor. Therefore, all noise could be heard, and the gap is big enough for some small critters to crawl in. Loud neighbors were heard passed midnight, and upstairs walking produced cracking noises throughout the night. Needless to say that we barely slept, and woke up with back and neck pain. Breakfast is good. But outdoor surroundings need to be cleaned up.

  Lovely clean rooms, GOOD beds. Small fridge microwave, safe. Nice, heated pool.
