However, I was unhappy that housekeeping entered my room while the “Do Not Disturb” sign was on the door and I was in the shower. Additionally, the TV in my room didn’t work at all. When I reported this to the front desk, the staff member—who was dressed in a prison uniform for Halloween—was very rude, rushed, and distracted, constantly on her phone and not giving any attention while I was trying to get help. On top of that, the noise was unbearable. The person above my room was stomping loudly, making it hard to relax. The neighbors next door were even worse—extremely loud throughout the night with constant activity, including men and women going in and out of the room. I even have video footage, but unfortunately, I can’t upload it here. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
