- SRSal Rodriguez3 days ago1.0Be aware about this hotel,I made a reservation for Jan.the 6th-9th, then I modified it for the 9th-12th on their app,then I called spoke to some one to make sure the first reservation was voided,she said everything is good,well guess what? now I got charged 112.00 for no show the 6th, even though I was told that one was cancelled.

A few sketchy people in the parking lot but they have security walking around a lot. Our car with belongings inside was unharmed. However, the bed was quite uncomfortable. Pretty hard mattress and the pillows were like rocks, all four of them. Both of us had sore backs and necks in the morning. Perhaps the hotel could offer 2 softer pillows so guests can choose their preference. All because of the bed situation, I only gave 3 stars. Everything else was good.

Quiet hours are at 10pm. Didn’t bother to confirm either….. two of us are talking and one reading a book and they can hear nothing when call to talk to us about complaint. We were shocked when we got the complaint. Just told quiet hours are at 10pm and we need to keep it down. We told him we were talking and one person was reading he didn’t care or want to hear anything about the fact we weren’t being loud. On top of it not being in quiet hours at all. Super rude. So we aren’t allowed to talk in our room? Not impressed. Will not be coming back here and will make sure to let people know it’s not a bad place as far as the room being decent but watch the bill cause what you get told the price is and what they charge is way different and they don’t bother verifying truthfulness of complaints……so just a heads up.
