- MRMolly ReedNov 7, 20253.0Over charged on check in have my booking price conformation and it’s over 100$ off. Yes that’s even after fees are added to it as well. Then a noise complaint at 930pm. Quiet hours are at 10pm. Didn’t bother to confirm either….. two of us are talking and one reading a book and they can hear nothing when call to talk to us about complaint. We were shocked when we got the complaint. Just told quiet hours are at 10pm and we need to keep it down. We told him we were talking and one person was reading he didn’t care or want to hear anything about the fact we weren’t being loud. On top of it not being in quiet hours at all. Super rude. So we aren’t allowed to talk in our room? Not impressed. Will not be coming back here and will make sure to let people know it’s not a bad place as far as the room being decent but watch the bill cause what you get told the price is and what they charge is way different and they don’t bother verifying truthfulness of complaints……so just a heads up.

Tried 4 rooms, the front desk employee agreed that each room smells, that it's an older place, and probably don't have anything that doesn't smell.
