  This is a very clean hotel with all the amenities. We enjoyed our clean, quiet, comfortable room overlooking the courtyard with a glimpse of the pool. Upon check-in, we received a voucher for 4 made-to-order breakfasts, which we used the following morning. The menu includes a 3 pancake breakfast with sausage/bacon, a 2 pancake/2 egg any style breakfast, a 2 egg any style with hash browns and sausage/bacon breakfast, a continental breakfast with bagel and muffin, in addition to oat meal, cereal and all the fixings. There was also a breakfast bar with bananas, coffee, oatmeal, toast, juice, and condiments (peanut butter, cream cheese, honey, syrup, etc.) The dining area is large, so there was plenty of room. There is also a beautiful patio with tables and chairs for outdoor eating. The staff was attentive and competent. The hotel is located a few blocks from downtown Palm Desert, so there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Palm Desert.

  Absolutely Love my mother's birthday vacation staying at, Best Western Plus Palm desert resort the food was amazing. The hash brown and sausages were cooked. The yogurt cup was amazing and versatile with the toppings the suties were comfortable and cozy and staff were friendly and helpful and nearby palms springs. Definitely would come here again

  I stayed in March from the 12th through the 14th in attendance of the Indian Wells tennis championships. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I’ll start off with first how nice and professional the staff was/is from reception, to the food staff, to housekeeping etc. Jose at the front desk helped answer all my questions, adjust my reservation and was kind enough to issue me a courtesy key card for the shuttle to and from Indian Wells. The shuttle system was very convenient and was no extra cost! Major plus! The breakfast is prepared cooked to order, and was quite good! Far better than the standard continental breakfast! The rooms may be a little on the older side, but the hotel and grounds are so well kept, I was amazed how clean the room was! The towels and bed sheets were some of the freshest and best laundered linens I’ve ever come across, I know how hard these ladies must work! The bathroom was spotless, the tile was so clean and shiny. The room smelt fresh! I was upset at first that the ac may not keep up with the daytime heat, but was surprised how cold it actually got especially at night! My room was on the first floor with a sliding door that was just steps away from the pool and hot tub, both of which were stunningly kept as well and were refreshing! I’ll be back because this experience was so positive. It may be a little older but I have never seen a more motivated staff who take passion in keeping the rooms and grounds as professionally and cleanly kept as this crew here!
