- AWAdam Wolven4 days ago5.0We booked this over the phone through IHG when a previous reservation elsewhere didn’t work out. We were blown away by the giant condo room we got for our money. Also, there was a sweet happy hour, clean, fun pool areas, free Pickleball gear to check out. The free breakfast was really good. Also, complementary coffee all day. This is officially our new hotel when we go to Ventura. A+ customer service. Quiet and chill. Close to the freeway. 15 minutes from downtown Ventura.

Very attractive with the beautiful surprises of the string light lit patio, cute well lit gazebo, two story room with full kitchen and bath tubs in both separate bathrooms. A wonderful place for families. Just a few critiques… replace and refill toiletries before guests arrival (we had to request refills on day one for the body wash and hand soap and the tissue box was empty but did have a refill under the sink but no paper towel replacement) and purchase more than one waffle maker. Some lady made 7 waffles my children wasted a good portion of their eating time waiting to get one. Perhaps someone could regulate that a bit better while waiting for your additional irons to arrive. Just combine your pastry cabinets to make room for at least one more. Thanks! Other than that, staff was friendly and accommodating and we all enjoyed our stay.

Quiet area, near residential. The people that helped were awesome, biggest shoutout to Angel! I forgot to check out and we couldn't find me in the system, but he exhausted every option until he found me. Super helpful!

Being Active Duty, plans are always changing and when asked if some changes could be made for my reservations at such a short notice, Nathan was more than willing to help, was very accommodating, and got my changed implemented in less than 10mins! Will be recommending all of my military commands to stay at this establishment!
