  My review is based off of customer service. Nathan at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with what I needed. Being Active Duty, plans are always changing and when asked if some changes could be made for my reservations at such a short notice, Nathan was more than willing to help, was very accommodating, and got my changed implemented in less than 10mins! Will be recommending all of my military commands to stay at this establishment!

  Rude and uninformed staff. Booked a room for an employee, I called ahead and spoke to the front desk and they said they would send me a credit card authorization form to my email. I was never emailed that document. When I called back the receptionist denied I was ever told that like I’m some kind of idiot. Train your staff better.

  This review is more about how the business handled a situation that came up during my stay. I had traveled with my dogs for a dog show so they placed me next to the pet grass area. My dogs picked up over 50 fleas the first day (I sent them the attached picture in the middle of the night) and the hotel moved me to another room where there were no more problems. They have however insisted that since the fleas were from the grass area and not the room, they were not going to compensate me for the first night of misery. The grass area was still on their premise.

  We spent 6 nights in a King Studio on the second floor overlooking the golf course. Our room was sunny and spacious. There were 2 closets to hold our belongings. Our bed had quality linens. The pillows were perfect as well as the mattress. We made good use of the full sized refrigerator and dishwasher. It took us awhile to learn to use the cooktop. Finally called the front desk as there were no instructions in the kitchen. Then, it worked fine.There was a laundry room where we washed and dried our clothes. $4.00 per load to wash or dry and $4.00 for a small box of detergent. It was convenient. Breakfast was very nice each day with a variety of hot and cold foods. We would stay there again ! Hotel staff was helpful and very welcoming and kind.

  ​Top-Tier Service & Great Social Hour and Dinner Reception! ​Rating: ★★★★★ ​We stayed here for the U.S.S. Paul F. Foster 50th Anniversary Reunion, and the experience was flawless. A huge shoutout to the Sales Team and staff—they are incredibly professional and went above and beyond for our group. ​The Evening Reception was a major highlight of our stay. It’s a fantastic perk that really brings guests together; the food was fresh, the atmosphere was relaxed, and having complimentary drinks and appetizers made our evenings much more enjoyable. It’s rare to find a hotel reception that feels this welcoming. ​The suites are spacious, clean, and fully equipped with kitchens, overlooking the beautiful River Ridge Golf Course. Between the great breakfast and the evening socials, you really feel taken care of here. Highly recommended for any large event or extended stay!
