- MVMarc VallanceyDec 31, 20252.0I am a IHG premier member or whatever the top level status is. I arrived at this hotel. expecting some sort of welcome amenity as I'm supposed to get. I asked the receptionist what was available and they said a room to stay in. I would never go back to this place again. customer service is miserable, they seem ungrateful.

- JGJustin GlennDec 14, 20251.0I travel for work and bring my Xbox everywhere, the remote they give you is only for there box in the wall and won't let you adjust the volume on the TV itself and defaults to max volume when you plug in your system, had matnince come up and they didn't help
- ECE CNov 30, 20251.0Stayed here for 4 nights. The location was okay, the front desk and restaurant were okay and the decor was nice but the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. The beds and room over all were never touched the entire time we stayed there. They did come in once to replace towels but never touched the room/beds/trash. If there was reduced housekeeping for the holiday weekend, we were never told. This day was disappointing. We will likely not be returning to this hotel.
