Everything felt fresh and organized, which always makes a big difference when traveling. Bed was super comfortable! The staff was especially friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. From check-in to any questions we had, everyone was helpful and professional. Breakfast is not included, but it’s available at the bar/restaurant area, which was convenient and a good experience overall. Great stay, great service — we would definitely come back when visiting Oxnard again.

I booked through Expedia and requested an early check in .. 2 hrs .. early.. a week ago..consequently spoke directly to the hotel manager on the day of my arrival.. was told that I could arrive at 12 noon .. I arrived at 2:15 for a 3:00 check in .. was told that It would be 30 minutes .. I am now shoving a delicious donut down my pie hole.. I’ll go back at 3:00 .. I would’ve preferred honesty ! Check in is a huge part of a pleasant stay ..
