Very nice Hotel, nice location, Affordable, the rooms are very nice But the plumbing when someone next door flushes the toilet or is taking a shower is very loud, and some people used the restroom at night, is very annoying Downstairs by the pool is full of snails, they need to treat them, and the breakfast, someone from the staff needs to help to organize It’s a nice hotel, but on my opinion a good manager or staff will make it better I would avoid this location in my next trip

The Ghost of Roaches Past (and Present) Rating: ⭐ (One star, because the cockroach didn’t charge us for the tour) If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to star in a low-budget holiday horror flick, look no further than the Best Western Plus Meridian Inn & Suites, Anaheim-Orange. We checked in on Christmas Night, expecting a "Silent Night." What we got was "The Night of the Living (and Very Dead) Decapods." The "Welcome" Committee After checking in and dropping our bags, we headed out for a festive Christmas dinner. We returned with visions of sugarplums and a moderate food coma, only to be greeted by the hotel’s unofficial mascot: a cockroach the size of a standard-issue TV remote sprawled out on the floor. It was belly-up, legs in the air, clearly having lost its battle with the holiday rush. It was a bold interior design choice—very "CSI: Anaheim." The Great Christmas Exodus My wife, possessing a reasonable intolerance for giant insect carcasses in her sleeping quarters, headed to the lobby to cancel our stay. We figured we’d be the "difficult" guests of the night. We were wrong. The lobby wasn't just a check-out desk; it was a lifeboat station. It turns out we weren't the only ones checking out of the Roaches' Motel: The "Dead Bug" Club: We were joined by several other families who had also found "uninvited guests" in their rooms. The "Live Catch" Champion: One guest—who deserves a trophy or at least a free tetanus shot—actually walked up to the desk with a live, kicking cockroach they had captured. It was like a very depressing version of Pokémon Go. The Verdict Nothing says "Merry Christmas" like a synchronized mass evacuation of a hotel lobby. If you enjoy sharing your holiday memories with prehistoric pests or participating in a spontaneous group protest at 10:00 PM on a major holiday, this is the place for you! For everyone else? Maybe just sleep in your car. It’s cleaner, and the neighbors are quieter.

Horrible experience, stayed there with a toddler & she got sick immediately the following morning. She caught a stomach virus due to the Roaches that I was not aware of until the third day of staying there. We caught a huge cockroach in the bedroom & multiple families had the same issue. We left immediately and they would not refund me that nights stay knowing the circumstances on why we were canceling. Our trip was a total 4 nights but we only stayed 2 and left . They still charged me for 3 nights. Never again will I ever stay in this Best Western. The building is old and infested with cockroaches.

Most definitely will not be staying here again. So disappointed with the quality of the room “1 king suite with sofa bed”. The king bed was so uncomfortable, pillows are paper thin, toilet paper holder broken and wouldn’t even hold the paper so why even continue putting toilet paper on the holder? Why charge me so much for a room that’s broken? Unbelievable. The private doors to the suite were completely broken wouldn’t even shut close without a struggle. Just disappointing all around.

We opted to stay at this hotel because it was a good location between two places we needed to be on the trip. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. It all started when we went to Whole Foods so that we could bring some food back and eat it in the fully functioning kitchen in this hotel room. When we returned, we brought our food in and sat down at the provided table to eat. There is no silverware. None. There are no dishes. None. There is no way to eat any of the food that we brought home. We ended up using some pieces of cardboard as dishes and we shared a plastic knife fork that I happened to have in my bathroom bag. This room claims to have a full service kitchen, but it contains none of the items that are needed to eat a simple meal. It has a stove and an oven, but no way to cook anything. Frying pan, no broiler, nothing. Aside from that, the dingy condition of the unit is pretty disgusting. This place is awful. Just look at the photos.
