I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The staff were pretty nice and accommodating, so good job there. The breakfast also has a nice selection (although more indoor seating is needed). The suites are large and nice to relax in. Now for the cons: the hotel is pretty run down. There’s leaks when it rains. Our mini fridge leaked and left a big puddle in our kitchen. The room smelled like smokers had spent a week in there before us. Room service also needs to be requested in advance and is not available daily. I also noticed that the side entrances were propped open all the time, which is a safety concern. I also have to mention - this hotel advertises having a shuttle to Disney, which was one of the main reasons I booked it. They should clarify this hotel is NOT on a main shuttle line. You have to call an art-on-demand shuttle to request a ride to the parks. I spent an hour trying to call a shuttle over with no luck. And you have to buy tickets online for this shuttle - so I’m still working on getting a refund! The hotel staff said other guests have had the same issue. This is absolutely not the hotel staff’s fault but this is a big issue to advertise something so unreliable.

Great stay, conveniently located, unfortunately some of the other guests do not respect peace and quiet.

Second time guest here. We stayed for Disneyland. We like it because we get the spacious suites, breakfast and location. We've stayed on harbor Blvd prior and we were now looking for a quieter area from the action in the evenings. This BW location is surrounded by a elderly home community, office buildings, and the local neighborhood of homes/apartments. A couple blocks north are the orange outlets with a large selection of restaurants and a couple blocks south is a target and a few more restaurants. Breakfast was great. Stapled items were scrambled eggs, potatoes, waffles (3 machines, including one mini waffle maker), pastries, yogurt w/fixings, coffee, and juices. They switched up the meats from primarily sausage or bacon and cereal selection. Infused water was available in the lobby, and a self serve gift shop area for a quick bite, snacks or toiletries. The hotel has two elevators, but only one was working. Didn't look like there was any attention to the second elevator to be fixed any time soon. There are several keydoor entries around the facility to park close to your room and taking the stairs up. Be aware that they allow house keeping to stop by for a clean up every other day, and it's only by request only. The functionality of the room took a sec to get used to. Our double doors separating the bedroom to living room weren't aligned to close and figuring out the TV (three digit channels). There were no dressers, so living out of a suitcase but still doable. The staff was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay and we'll be back for our next Disney trip.

Booked a room from Friday through Tuesday for a Disneyland trip, and this hotel completely dropped the ball. On Saturday morning, I called to report that the AC wasn’t working. They said they’d handle it, but nothing was ever done. The room was hot and humid the entire weekend, making it miserable to sleep or relax after long days at the park. On Sunday, I called for housekeeping, and they said they’d “try to fit us in.” Someone eventually came by just to tidy up a bit and drop off one single towel—for a room with multiple guests. Then, on Monday night around midnight, our room key stopped working. When I went to the front desk, they told me they had a different room ready for us since Saturday because the AC wasn’t working, but no one ever mentioned that to us! To make matters worse, they said a manager would call me back, still haven’t heard from anyone. The lack of communication and follow-through was unacceptable. What should’ve been a fun and relaxing trip turned into a frustrating experience. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Run down, dated hotel. Pool towels were oversized hand towels and scarce. Hot tub had foam over a foot high, sheets felt like burlap, carpeting was frayed, coach and ottoman were stained. Breakfast was good.
