  Reported internet connection issues several times but this was not fixed. The spa was cold the 3 days we stayed; also not fixed. My wife and I stay at Best Western for many reasons and are rarely disappointed, but on this trip we were. Suggest that the hotel fix these issues that we pay for.

  Service is bad! Room smells like mold and we had to be moved do to roaches. Rooms aren’t properly cleaned we had to ask for are beds to be changed blood on the floors from I assume the guest before us we reported it and was hoping for them to fix the issues but they wouldn’t even give us clean bedding for the beds that had stains and hair all in them. Lobby is deceiving looks great from the outside but it’s foul.

  Estamos más que felices con nuestra estadía en este hotel! Nos sentimos como en casa, tienen todo lo que uno necesita para estar cómodos! Nuestros planes fueron ir a Disneyland por una semana y sentimos que estábamos muy bien ubicados para ir a los parques y al rededores, también había un súper mall, a menos de 2 minutos, restaurantes y todo lo que necesitábamos. Estamos más que felices de habernos hospedado ahí! Estaremos de regreso en Octubre por una semana más y eso nos da mucha tranquilidad, saber que por fin encontramos un hotel que nos brinde todo lo que necesitamos y a un súper buen precio.

  After every hotel being booked in all surrounding cities I was happy to get a room here. However I was tired and wanted to shower and to find out after finishing there was no towels. After calling front desk and waiting over an hour still no towels so I had to call front desk again. For almost $300 a night nobody should experience this type of hospitality. To top it off there was no body wash.

  DO NOT STAY AT BEST WESTERN MERIDIAN NEAR DISNEYLAND! We came in for Disneyland this week. We arrived on Monday and left Friday morning. Monday night, we noticed ants in the bathroom. We were tired, and I figured I could let the front desk know and that it would get resolved. When we woke up the next morning, my daughter got up and there was a roach on her pillow! We were leaving for Disney first thing, so I went to the front desk and asked them to clean and have maintenance look at our room. They were sold out and could not move us. When we returned, it was clear that our room had not been entered at all. I was unhappy, but exhausted, so we sucked it up. The next morning around 6 am, I awoke for the day to get ready to go back to the park. When I walked into the bathroom, there was a 3-inch American cockroach in the corner. It was disgusting. I covered it with the trash can. My kids refused to use the bathroom at all and waited to go in the lobby. When I went down to the desk, I showed pictures and asked to be moved and for the room to be cleaned while we were gone, out of fear that bugs would enter our stuff. We zipped every bag and left for Disney. We had so much stuff, so putting it in the car before leaving would have been difficult. When we returned, they gave me keys to our new room, and we set about moving. I was very angry when I discovered that the room again had not been maintained or cleaned, and that the trash can was still upside down, but the bug was gone. The thing was so big that I couldn't imagine it was easy to contain in the lined trash can. The next two nights were better, and my kids were finally comfortable using the bathroom. Upon checkout, they offered one night free, and while appreciated, two of the four nights were absolutely unacceptable. Checking out this morning, the front desk manager said the general manager would be calling me to discuss our total bill. I never heard from the manager after. I then received the receipt via email with zero further correspondence. I will be contacting the health department. No one should pay to stay in a room with ants and roaches! If you plan on doing Disney and you're thinking about saving money by staying here, don't. Spend the money to be closer to the park in a cleaner environment. Best Western Hotels & Resorts
