We are a church and our Lead Musician, who lives in Las Vegas, commutes to Orange County EVERY weekend! Because he does this, he introduced us to Ines and Ana! We have had two events for our women’s ministry and my husband the pastor and I stay also! I have earned soooo many points!
We love the staff, the food, the rooms (suites) and the amenities! Everything is always clean! The water with sliced oranges and ice greet you at the front entrance! Our weekend was a fantastic success! They (Ines & Ana) even offered us the meeting room AND the downstairs eating area (breakfast) for extra room for the 20 women! Everything was exceptional and we will continue to be loyal customers! Thank you Best Western Orange - Anaheim! We truly appreciate your warm welcome, your phenomenal service, and your exceptional
Customer service! When you come to Southern California for business OR vacation, visit and STAY at THIS location!!!

I booked a suite for my kids and myself and informed the hotel we would be a late check in. We arrived at 10:30ish and were sent to our room. The hallways have filthy, stained carpet and crumbling wood baseboards. We were given a room toward the back of the hotel but told the elevator up at the front of the hotel was the only working elevator. Of course, there was nowhere to park near the front of the building so we got an extra long walk to our room dragging all our luggage.
The room (#209) was the grossest hotel room I’ve ever been in. There were stains on the couch, the chair, the floors in both rooms, the bathroom walls - all of various body fluid colors, and I mean EVERY body fluid color but most predominately blood. The bedding on the beds had holes in them. The carpet was sticky under our shoes. We were so tired I told the kids to just sleep on top of the covers and we’d move in the morning. The room was 78 degrees so we turned on the air as soon as we walked in. About an hour after being in the room the temp was 81 degrees
with no windows to outside. We called the front desk to just ask for a fan. They didn’t have any. The front desk agent alluded to “knowing” the a/c in this room was an issue. He told us we could move rooms - this is now midnight. We repacked and moved to a different suite.
The next suite (room 315) was a completely different experience. It had newer carpet, no stains and was the typical standard I expect for Best Western. It had a few issues like the water would not shut off in the tub all the way, the light in the vanity area was burned out so it was very dark in front of the mirror, and the shower gives a “magic”
experience including temperatures from polar plunge to the face of the sun without touching even touching the handle. At least I wasn’t afraid my kids and I would catch a communicable disease in the new room.
I just cannot understand the completely different standards for the rooms. One looked like a ‘pay by the hour room’ and one looked like a nice, mid-level hotel room. It was absolutely shocking and thankfully not a “normal” Best Western experience for me. When trying to speak to the manager about the issues at checkout she didn’t even look at me and barely said anything until she just hands me a receipt and goes “I gave you 25% off”.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I travel a fair amount and am actually pretty easy to please. I mean, I was willing to sleep in what my kids had nicknamed “The Murder Room” just not at 80+ degrees. Lol

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was dirty, and the bathroom had visible mold. It did not feel clean or safe.
Housekeeping was not provided at all during our stay. We requested clean towels and trash removal multiple times, and nothing was done. Basic service was completely lacking.
The breakfast area was also not maintained—tables were filthy and unclean, which made it uncomfortable to use.
The outside door was left open, which raised safety concerns and made the property feel insecure.
The hotel also advertised a shuttle to Disneyland, which was one of the reasons we booked, but that service was not available.
After our stay, I saw many recent reviews describing the same issues, so this clearly isn’t a one-time problem. This hotel is misrepresented and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here.

This rating is based solely on the experience I had with booking and customer service.
I booked a three night stay here with two adults and three children earlier in the week. I received confirmation by email, and then two days before I received another confirmation asking me to do a pre-check in which I did, then while driving from Arizona to California, I get a call at 10:30 AM from the hotel stadium that they’ve overbooked eight guests and that they are able to relocate us to their sister hotel, which is right across the street from Disneyland Park. Obviously a bummer, but super exciting to be closer to Disney right? I asked a few questions and then said that that would be fine with us, and then asked if I would get a confirmation just to make sure everything was set. I was told yes absolutely and that they were transferring us over to that hotel, and it would be the same price. A couple hours later I get a text from the customer service representative at best Western stating that we’ve been booked over with the other hotel. This is all happening while driving. But we arrive to town at 2 PM and decide to go to the beach since the hotel room will not be ready until three. At 4:30 we get on the road and begin to head to the new hotel, upon them to confirm, they let us know that they had nothing under. At this point I am freaking out as we have three young kids who are tired and ready to go relax. I call back best Western and she lets me know that they did call and the new hotel did confirm our reservation so she’s not sure what’s going on. Then she tells me that she needs to call her other clients to make sure that they don’t have the same issue. I asked her if she could call the other place back to get us booked and she said that there’s nothing she could do for us. Extremely disappointed with the response and lack of care. No discounts offered, no yes let me call back the other place and make sure we get you booked offered. Very upsetting. Made for a very stressful day and evening and now we are at a hotel that is farther from Disney and less quality. Highly disappointed, be very careful and do not plan on things going to plan with this hotel!
NOT RECOMMENDED. You've been warned. --The minute I walked into my room, I couldn't wait to check out. Our toilet was dirty, it had yellow spots on the seat. Disgusting. Sofas were stained and full of dirt. Random lose pieces of debris on the floor. Our "suite" WAS NOT properly cleaned before we got there. No supervision of cleaning staff exists at this location, because the next day when we found out we didn't have body wash in our shower, I asked one of the staff in the hall if she had any, and she waved me off "just grab whatever you need from my cart". Seems like they've stopped trying. Pool area seating was full of cobwebs, beware. Do enjoy the 3 dead palm trees in the middle of the courtyard. Hot tub only worked after we asked front desk staff to look into. Speaking of, staff was quite unfriendly, apprehensive and seemed quite perturbed at any question or request. One star for breakfast, which was the only consistent thing. I stayed 4 days because cancellations are out of the question. When you make reservations months in advance, you expect your lodging to be the best a company can offer, and you plan your entire trip around this. This was not the best, in fact it was WORST Best Western I've ever stayed at. 1000% not a "Plus" location. Their price point may be tempting, as well as the clean lobby, but do not be fooled into reserving here.
