  Terribly managed hotel. 100s of others in the area to choose from, pick one of them. My flight was canceled from DFW. I called to cancel but it wasn’t their policy to do that. I travel extensively the last 35 years, so while not common, it does happen that a flight cancels and you’re stuck. I’ve had this happen w Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Comfort, all happily rebooked or canceled. I have elite status with all. IHG just lost me over this. If the hotel owner needs the money that bad, they can have it. The damage to the brand lives forever. There’s only about 45,000 at our company that travel. I’ll handle where we won’t be going.

  Stay here Sunday 3/8/26 before my flight loved the hotel but some of your workers need better people skills. We asked the older man working the evening desk if there was any maintenance to clean out the heavy debris cluttering the spa and he was very dismissive and appeared nsulted that we asked. Rude and not in the least friendly.. However, the young maintenance man did a awesome job cleaning the spa so it was usable. Friendly and apologetic. Thank you!

  The Holiday Inn & Suites in Ontario is a great place to stay whether you’re traveling for business or just passing through the area. There were plenty of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and well stocked. A nice touch was the made-to-order coffee machine, which made excellent coffee and was a great way to start the morning. The hotel also has a clean and well-equipped business center, which is really helpful if you need to get a little work done while traveling. The exercise center is another nice feature—modern equipment, clean space, and a convenient option if you want to keep up with your workout routine during your stay. Friendly staff, clean facilities, and thoughtful touches like the coffee machine and business center make this a solid choice when staying in Ontario.
