  The only issue that I can see was there was no bathroom fan. So you fell attacked by the shower curtain. Every time you shower the bathroom was to hot.

  I was sold on Holiday Inn a long time ago, so they are always my first option. I've stayed at this location a few times, and it is always a nice stay. Close to the airport, but you don't hear the planes all night. Anything you want to eat is within a few minutes drive. This particular room had an issue with the mini fridge (sounded like a compressor going bad and nothing was cold). But I just unplugged it and slept well. The breakfast is predictable- always hot, fresh, and amazingly good. I've stayed an entire week before and had a different breakfast every day, and the food didn't change- fruit, cereal, oatmeal, fresh made pancakes, cinnamon rolls (delish!), eggs, potatos, biscuits, gravy, sausage, toast, begals... Eat whatever makes you happy! Outdoor pool and workout space look nice, but I never find time for those things.

  Where do I start? The rooms are nice and clean. They were obviously updated a few years ago. But once checked into the room, at 10:00 p.m. at night, maintenance decided that they were going to shampoo all the carpets on our floor. I went outside asking the maintenance guys not to since it was very loud and we could not sleep. He had no issues picking a fight with me and threatening to kick me out of the hotel. And proceeding to flip me off. He did leave the floor but then took one of the carpet dryers and pointed it right at the door for the hotel room shooting the air under the door. Once I discovered this, I removed the carpet dryer and put it down the hall. Front desk and management has no concerns and did nothing to remedy the problem. There's a serious issue with management and scheduling with this hotel. There are plenty of hotels in the area and I would highly recommend finding something else. For the price they charge for the rooms I would expect better service and staff that is more considerate of the people staying there!

  The front desk at check in should have a better English speaking person, we check in last night and can't hear/understand what he was saying. When I asked if he can help on a second reservation for Wednesday day he is very rude and told me to go online for help. I will not coming back to this hotel again.
