I will not stay here again, and will recommend to both the travel agency and the club we do not use the hotel or brand again. The staff was very friendly and helped as much as they could, and they are the only positive thing about this hotel. It is evident the Hilton brand is not what it used to be. This hotel is old, rundown, and no effort has been made to maintain it. The elevator had torn up floors (previous reviews mention the same) the door knob was coming off our bathroom door, there was no fridge in the room, no safe in the room, only one ice machine worked in the hotel, there were no towels at the pool, our room sink didn’t drain, I could go on forever. We asked for a fridge to be brought to our room when we checked in, and were told an “engineer” would bring it the next day. Multiple families were told the same. The fridge never arrived. There were never enough towels for the pool, and often none at all. The staff did their very best to accommodate, but it is clear the chain/brand does not care to maintain their hotels. Very disappointing given what we paid.
