Decided on a last minute trip, booked two rooms the day before our arrival. I didn't get the young man's name at the desk, but very friendly and attentive. The rooms are being renovated and the hotel was under construction. Our room was clean and contemporary. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, a great start to our day. As a Hilton diamond member, I appreciate the hospitality by the staff.

We have stayed here a couple times for early flights at Ontario Int. The rooms are always clean although this time they have been remodeled and were not quite stocked as usual. My main compliment is for the overnight desk clerk. Karlo could not have been more accommodating and helpful. He is a great ambassador for the hotel.

It did the trick. Decor and some of the facilities felt a bit dated and the fact that the sole elevator was so far away from many of the rooms was a bit of an inconvenience. Serena at the front desk was super helpful and friendly.
