- DWDave WJan 5, 20263.0Old Embassy needs refurbished badly. Breakfast was ok not as good as other Embassy suites. Had to ask for my water and was told I had to buy it. I’m a gold member it’s 2 bottles of water.
- DBDean BenedictJan 2, 20263.0Reason for 3 ⭐️ is they never informed us we’d be charged per parking spot we were traveling with a truck and trailer and they changed us for 6 spaces! Almost $60- for a night 7pm-6am parking That’s just shady as we informed them we had a truck & trailer. They even asked if we had them connected when we said yes he said good! If we had been told we were to be charged for multiple spaces we would have parked on the street! The parking lot is not secure and was far from full! The clerk who checked us in said nothing of the ridiculous charges for parking even when we explained we had the trailer! After traveling for 2 weeks across the country, staying in 19 states and multiple Embassy Suites as well and other Hilton properties, this is the only one charging outrageous parking fees and gouging people with larger vehicles! This location seems to have been looking for sneaky ways to gouge travelers and faithful Hilton Honors Members! We will not be visiting this location again. On another note hotel is noisy due to airplane ✈️ going overhead all hours of the night. The hall way to our room was in desperate need of vacuuming it was quite messy!

The room a bit old, but still feel clean and big. Always have a sink, microwave and a fridge. Oh, and happy hour from 5 to 7pm. Free drinks always good.

Emmanuel and Crystal were beyond patient and kind and went over and above to accommodate my needs. They truly turned my stress into a smile. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable. I highly recommend staying in this hotel if you are ever in the area. Thank you Emmanuel and Crystal for your incredible hospitality and compassion.
