The steakhouse on site was not good, by far worst ceasar salad ever had at a restaurant. Service however was good. Also I was charged (and notified) about an early check-in however my co worker who checked in at the next receptionist was not charged a fee. On check out I was promised this would be rectified with the manager coming on shift. It was not. Would not recommend this hotel.

This particular DoubleTree by Hilton location at the Ontario, CA airport effectively represents the brand, though the property itself appears somewhat dated. The front desk staff provided exceptional assistance and a welcoming experience. While the beds were comfortable, the shower water temperature was insufficient. The property offers a range of amenities, including a pool and hot tub area, and a well-equipped fitness center. Additionally, there are two reputable restaurants and a lobby bar on-site. We recently hosted a regional conference here and received outstanding service from Cindy, Alfredo, and the entire staff who catered our breakfast and lunch for two days. I commend their excellent work in serving our conference attendees.
