  Regular customer: Very disappointed with service. $22.00 hamburger with small packets of mustard? Gee go to a drive through for that. and save $$!!! Service was -9, martini for $22.00 was.very subpar!! Used to be good. . . Think twice before going here!!!

  PET FRIENDLY - A major PLUS++ I didn't stay in the rooms although I hear they are very roomy and nice. I did walk around the lobby area, the conference center, and lobby lounge/bar area. The entrance is classy, there is a starbucks, Mistys Lounge with a dance floor which was playing oldies, and some other areas I didn't get a chance to explore. The lobby area was spacious, clean, and had great ambiance. The lobby restrooms were clean and nicely appointed. I was quite surprised with the hotel as a whole considering the hotel is rated 3 stars. For a Wednesday evening, the lounge space was pretty busy! The menu items were a bit pricey but that didn't seem to be a deterrent for anyone. Unfortunately, I failed to take photos. Next time. 😉

  This is a huge property next to the convention center. The room seemed clean but it was very dated. There was a mini fridge and a microwave as well as a good sized balcony. There are a couple of restaurants on site as well as a Starbucks. The staff were very nice.

  We had our wedding at DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario Airport and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Jacqueline was amazing from our first tour through wedding day organized, supportive, and wonderful to work with. On the day of the wedding, Renee and the service team were fantastic. The staff was attentive and professional, and everything ran smoothly, including the cake cutting and service. Our guests loved the outdoor cocktail hour. It was a huge hit! Our wedding was a success, and we’re so grateful to the entire team. We’re very happy we chose this venue and would highly recommend it.

  I stay here twice a year at minimum for a weekend to attend the Creep Con event. My wife and I live 40 min away in Temecula but we love the doubletree so much that we choose to get a room and enjoy a great Hotel. Staff is always super friendly, rooms are big clean and fairly priced. Foods really good as well as close to restaurants and stores. Be back in July DoubleTree and can’t wait
