  Habitaciones grandes, modernas y limpias, en general la habitación es muy cómoda, tienen alberca, restaurante cerca, wifi y el centro comercial está a 10 minutos, el personal fue muy amable y servicial, tienen transporte al aeropuerto Sin duda es una joya este hotel

  Our flight was canceled due to weather in the middle of the night. The customer service was incredible, they were able to help us book a room right away and even had airport shuttle. This made us feel safe and comfortable. Front desk was very attentive and the room was spotless. Thank you for a warm welcoming and a great stay!

  Enjoyed our night at this location. Called front desk to see if we could do a late check out which they can accommodate; therefore, we'll be checking out at noon today instead of 11. Rooms were nice and clean! Beds are so comfortable at a good length that is wonderful. I've stayed at other BW locations that indicates queen beds on reservation; however, at check-in beds are a double size. But, this location, I reserved the queen bedroom and got a 2 queen beds. Bathrooms are spacious. They provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hand-wash, and lotion. BW offers hot breakfast. They display their breakfast menu placed right outside the breakfast room. You tell the staff what you'd like and they'll plate it for you. There are bagels near the beverage station that are self serve. Breakfast room sits probably 30 to 40 ppl comfortably. There's a computer with printer in the office that's available.

  The hotel is not bad, of average quality, clean, the air conditioner is noisy, and there is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. It suited us for a couple of days!

  Not sure where to begin but super long story short I came out here to attend a convention and I made reservations beforehand due to the fact that I’ve always been a best western fan . However that definitely changed after my last stay . The second day I was there we made a disgusting discovery as we found a bed bug wandering around the edge of the bed . Completely disgusted but knowing we needed proof we saved this bed bug and alerted housekeeping on the way to the front desk. They claimed this has been an issue before and when brought up nothing seems to be taken serious . Funny enough as I read the other reviews it seems like they just brush things like this off with the “this hasn’t happened before” line .. anyway Completely disgusted and so very thankful I was going to check out that day we advised the front desk and they kindly gave us the property managers email to which the response was just wrong. How do you ask me if the 4000 points is “acceptable “ when I’m being pretty clear it isn’t acceptable , then respond in such a matter as to say oh well take it or leave it .. that’s basically what it feels like . I’m attaching pictures of the bed bug in question as well as the emails exchanged .Definitely do NOT recommend this place . Very sad considering the front desk staff / breakfast room staff , and housekeeping were very sweet . Anyway stay here at your own risk ! You’ve been warned . Having to come home and thoroughly disinfect all clothing items was a fun touch to my weekend . Like I wasn’t already exhausted enough.
