  Decent place but I was expecting something amazing based off the other reviews. We were in room 221 clean but in rough shape, walls and furnishings had damage. The mattress was crazy lumpy. Breakfast was what I would call a normal hotel breakfast. Sausage patties and waffles it was good but like I said based off the 4 and 5 star reviews I thought this place was going to be awesome. Location is quiet. I’m satisfied for what paid I guess besides the lumpy bed

  Very friendly, kind and helpful check-in staff. Very clean facilities and room. The pool was great and had beautiful big windows so it felt brighter than most hotel pools do. The breakfast was included and was complete offering waffles, hashbrowns, sausage patties, English muffins, bread/toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, some fresh fruit, cereal, boiled and scrambled eggs. The room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable with lots of bedding and pillows - truly the best sleep we've had!

  Last weekend, May 2-3, our family of 5 adults went on a tour to Woodstock, Ontario. We booked for two rooms and stayed for one night in Best Western Plus Woodstock Inn & Suites. We were given two adjacent rooms. The room where the three of us stayed was clean, comfortable and quiet. It has a smart TV so we did not miss watching our favorite shows and the news as well. The breakfast area was clean and well-organized. There were a variety of food choices. You have to look around and there is a guarantee that you will find your cravings. Noticeable are their specialty coffee dispenser machine and their great tasting sausage. Breakfast was great! In the end, I approached and thanked Tammy for her service. She was the staff assigned in the kitchen. BTW, Tammy informed me that the great tasting sausage was locally sourced. This is Woodstock's pride! A BIG thank you too for Jess who received us and Amanda for sending us off.

  Ok this was a pleasant surprise. My sister and I wanted to do a weekend getaway and go to a few places and woodstock was the central location and we grabbed a room here. So worth it, the pool was 83 degrees the air in the pool room was 88 degrees. JESS was our evening desk gal and she was awesome. Very attentive and she was always busy, cleaning and just a really kind person. The manager put a shower chair in our room because I'm a handicapped person and I usually need to bring something to sit on if I don't get a handicapped room, but they accommodated me. The day staff was just as nice. AMANDA and TAMMY, really kind people working at this establishment. I will definitely go to this hotel again. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent, It could use some gluten free options but HEY it had a machine that let me make espresso and flat whites so i didnt need food 😉. The washroom near the pool Is a little too small for a walker too BUT the service and all the little extras make the small things easy to overlook. They gave us fresh towels and extra kcups for day 2 and our floor wasn't noisy. JENNICA she was lazy and just sat playing on her phone but props to all the other staff for their amazing job at running a very nice clean hotel and for having amazing customer service skills. 😀

  We spent a night. Wonderful hotel. The pool is heated, very enjoyable. The morning's breakfast is (was) excellent, cold and hot choices. We talked to the manager, very nice person and she explained the upcoming renovations and the "brand (Best Western Plus" expectations for this facility. We will certainly stay there next time we need a hotel in Woodstock, ON.
