We just stayed here in September 2026. It was our first Best Western experience and we were very happy with our visit. We had a two room suite (living room and bedroom) with two bathrooms. The rooms weren't large in and of themselves but we had more than plenty of room. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's free breakfast was better than some and was included in the price. If we travel to Woodstock we'll definitely stay here again and we are considering making our next hotel stay also at a Best Western property as we were that impressed.

Absolutely horrible, worst experience. I 100% recommend to never stay at this place. 1. Very dirty, 2. Shower didn't work (and when reported the lady said she'd come and fiddle with it, that's how you fix things? And by the way fiddling didn't fix it) 3. Says no smoking but it stinks of smoke 4. Only half pillows in the room(I thought half pillows were decorative pillows) I literally got a headache staying here. The staff was no help. I read the other reviews, please don't trust those reviews that gave good reviews, it's not true.I HIGHLY DO NOT, I MEAN DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. This place and the staff is unbelievably horrible. I can't believe how the response to some of the reviews were. Very disgusted and so true that they don't take ownership for the horrible way guests are treated

Room wasn’t cleaned, dirty sheets and last guests left their garbage. Didn’t have other rooms available. Front desk was friendly and apologetic but that’s about it .

Room was. Clean but dusty. We had driven for 7 hours and arrived at our destination about 1:30. Went to the font desk to see if we could get into the room early. Not body there. Someone was cleaning and finally came over. Not very welcoming..and was told NO. The earliest might be 2;30..we are very busy and have a full house. Personality minus. Came back at 2:45.. no one there again!! Finally someone came to check us in..not very Welch.
