  Our stay was great !! We were well taken care of !! Rooms & bathroom were clean !! A good variety of food for breakfast !! Carpets need to be replaced but we were informed that will take place soon !!

  Not a very good experience staying at this Best Western. The bed was very lumpy and is advertised as a Queen but it is definitely a double. The pillows are small, square and awkward. When we asked for more we were only able to get 1; it’s all they had. We found a used bloody tissue between the mattress and the wall, close to our heads. Would’ve been hard to miss it while cleaning. And while we were able to get the sheets changed, no compensation or any acknowledgment was made. The following morning we asked how late a room cleaning we could get. It ultimately didn’t matter because they were only doing towels and garbages. They didn’t have the staff to do the usual daily process. Overall the hotel is old, with stained carpets and peeling walls. I would not recommend staying here.

  Second time we have used this hotel while visiting the area. Got a great price for a four night stay, which we required to explore the surrounding area from St Thomas down to Port Dover, which this was perfectly placed for. Although it is an older property, rooms are well appointed, have everything you need and are very clean and have everything you need. Breakfast is included and staff is on hand to constantly refill items and ensure no issues. Even though we stayed over a weekend and a girls softball team were staying we were never disrupted once. Hotel is also close to retail and restaurant options. Only slight issue was housekeeping is only every second day. Not an issue, but since we were not out our room by 9am on the second day, got a note through door stating room would now not be serviced. Would totally understand if that was later in the morning, however think that is a bit early for not then servicing room. Spoke to reception on leaving at 9.15am but was told no promises would be made,but they would try. Luckily it was serviced on our return - just think 9am is a bit early to be stating you should be out of your room for servicing.

  We had such a wonderful experience staying at this location. The staff were so friendly and pleasant to deal with. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was well maintained as well. The prices were very affordable. We will definitely be going back.
