  Quite a challenge finalizing a hotel with the options available. The location for SureStay Plus was prime. Centrally located, close to malls and downtown. Danielle at the front desk, when checking in, was very polite and professional. Small chats and relevant information exchanged about trying curly fries or the jalapeño poppers at a fast food chain! We were 3 adults travelling, hence the room requested was with 2 queen beds and that's what we got. The room was spacious and clean. The microwave was a plus. Our room was located at the ground level and the free self parking was a plus with access into the building with the room key made it convenient. The breakfast offered from 7am to 10am was located in the lobby. Simple yet sufficient and definitely well stocked. The lady helping stock was very polite and efficient. Would I stay here again? For sure.

  the manager needs to have a talk with the girl at front desk that works night shifts horrible customer service

  One of the smallest hotels rooms ive ever had. All cheap furniture, bed is not comfortable at all. It is NOTHING like any best western ive ever seen, and it was way overpriced for what you get. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
