  Extremely disappointing experience at SureStay Plus by Best Western Windsor. Last week, our staff arrived to check in for a prepaid company booking. The reservation had been made using our company account, and both the company name and the staff member’s name were clearly shown on the booking confirmation. Despite this, the front desk employee, Danielle, refused to allow our staff to use the company-owned credit card for the security deposit. What made the situation much worse was the way it was handled. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, Danielle turned her attention to other guests while our staff were left standing there, tired and exhausted, unable to check in to a room that had already been paid for. When our staff asked to speak with a manager, Danielle became extremely rude and immediately refused. Rather than offering a reasonable solution or attempting to contact someone who could assist, she told our staff that they would have to go find a way to get $400 in cash for the deposit or they would not be allowed to check in. Leaving prepaid guests stranded at the front desk and refusing access to a manager is an unacceptable way to handle a customer-service issue. Hotel policies are one thing; the attitude and complete lack of effort to assist guests are another. A truly memorable introduction to the level of “hospitality” SureStay Plus has to offer. If you would like to start your stay by being treated as an inconvenience rather than a paying guest, this may be the place for you.

  Stayed here while heading over to the States for a concert, and it was ideal. The room was clean, comfy, and updated. The staff were friendly, check-in was quick, and the location was super convenient. There was also breakfast and it was really good! Would definitely stay here again.

  Didn't get to see the room. Arrived at 11:30 they said there's no rooms available but for an extra charge there was a room. I get a lot of hotel rooms and this practice really gets me, they're happy to let you sit in the parking lot for hours unless you pay up. I understand if there's no rooms but to say there's none then find one if you pay just bugs me. She was nice enough to cancel my reservation went to the Comfort inn happy to get my business much nicer, pool hot tub same rate truck parking.

  Inexpensive, large clean rooms, and an included hot breakfast. I found it a very positive experience.
