Rented 2 rooms here for family members who came from out of town for my son's wedding. They were very happy with the service, location, cleanliness and their overall stay. Thanks again to Steve , Pat, Arlene and the rest of the staff. We will definitely return.

Price online is not the same as what you pay in person. Online said $97 plus $25 pet fee. Was $176 plus $50 protection fee you get back. Not clean and terrible elevators.

From the moment we walked in, the beauty of the lobby, gave off a warm and inviting atmosphere. We walked to the reception desk, and our wonderful experience began. Steve the clerk, was amazing, we must have chatted for 20 minutes, until others came in. He is the most kind hearted man I've met in all my journeys, and hotel's. Steve, because of you, and the "light" that shines from you to others, we WILL be back. I only pray that Steve? You will be there to greet us. Hollyanna Herriges

we have stayed at many hotel for tournaments and checking in her was fabulous, staff at the front were inviting and happy however, once they left the hotel is understaffed. Asked for extra towels, they were never brought up later that evening called again and they said I would have to come down to get them as they could not come up they were the only person on site. This i could get past however, we had a bathroom issue the next morning and called and were told that someone would come up. after waiting over 1 1/2 I went down stairs and talked to the front desk, they again said someone will be right up. after 1/2 hour wait my husband called to be told someone will be there at 4pm...he responded ,What, where am i supposed to go to the bathroom in the tub? no response, he asked tools to fix the problem himself. didn't realize that my husband would have to be plumber while away. when i went down later that day to talk to a manager. she was very polite and understanding, unfortunately she said she would have to email the GM to get back to us and of course it's been 2 weeks and no response. Even after i filled out the survey they sent and then sent a further email to both GM's radio silence...NOT HAPPY they definitely need more staff on site

Weirdest hotel I've ever been in, the window broke when I rested my head against it? I had to get a number from the receptionist to report it, they didn't do anything about it- and weirdly enough? They put a piece of tape over the fire detector since I've been out of the room, for whatever reason? I am the guest but I did not book this room. Some of the staff have been amazing, but the whole window breaking from 0 pressure and tape on the fire extinguisher thing makes me extremely uncomfortable. Actually lodged a complaint with head office or whatever number 18882119874 leads too - first time in my life doing so.
