  This location is under construction. No notice on the app. The hallways have peeling and dirty wallpaper and the carpets are stained. The in room refrigerator and AC units were unplugged I guess to save $. The front desk seemed uninterested in dealing with loud guests in the middle of the night.

  Absolutely terrible service from the front desk. Following children around with no other adult present is a huge red flag for human trafficking. Maybe stop asking young girls if they know where their parents are ? Or following them into the elevator and yelling at them to go to bed, alone, once again, no other adult present , its absolutely not ok. I'm really not sure what this woman has to prove except that she's on a power trip because she's lonely and has 13 cats and no children ? seriously. Im not happy about her thereating me, my own children, or my girls from this team. We will absolutely never , ever stay at a holiday inn again.

  Worst Holiday Inn Experience Yet ​This location falls far below the standards you expect from Holiday Inn—or any decent hotel, for that matter. It was easily the worst hotel stay I've had across the US and Canada. ​A few major issues during our stay: ​Poor Service: Upon check-in, the front desk employee didn't even greet us. She immediately passed us off to a colleague to talk to another guest. Later, when we asked for extra pillows and a blanket for four people (the room only had 4 pillows total), the receptionist flatly refused. Thankfully, a second employee stepped in to help, but the blanket she provided was full of large holes (see photo). ​Lack of Cleanliness: The bedding had visible stains, as did the chairs in the reception area. The hallway carpets were dirty, and the carpet on the stairs leading to the gym was torn. ​The only bright spot was the breakfast server and a kind front desk staff member wearing a flower on their shirt. Beyond that, I would strong advise against staying here unless you have no other options. I’ll definitely think twice before booking a Holiday Inn again.

  The rooms are starting to show their age. Wall paper peeling, caulk lifting and needs some paint. Internet was very difficult to access.

  ABSOLUTE DUMP. Here now for a quick business trip only because the Hampton and Hyatt is sold out and literally cannot wait to get out of here. Never returning. The only highlight to this place is the front desk people. They are trying very hard but their hands are tied. To whomever owns this hotel, make a trip in here and you will see yourself. You might want to start cleaning up your landscaping in the main entrance.
