  Some tears in the baseboards and some stains but not everything can be perfect it has a great view of the river and comfortable beds. It also didn't really have bugs and the buffet was great. The socket Cover thing in the room was crooked tho and that really bugged me.

  Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with Best western. I am a Diamond member with Best Western so I have stayed at alot. This one the hotel smelt musty and unclean when arriving, pur room was worse we sprayed deodorant in the air and turned on the ac when arriving, then we went to use the pull out couch and it did not pull out, when we called the front desk they were aware of the pull out not working so my kids had to sleep on the floor, the microwave and kuerig did not work I moved them to two different plugs before finding a plug that worked. Then upon leaving I have a warning letter in my windshield when I paid 19$ for parking and had a parking pass on my dash. The view was beautiful but it was the only good part of this hotel. Absolutely disgusted, waste of money

  The location is ideal. It’s walking distance to restaurants, casinos, and bars. Minutes to the Ambassador Bridge and Detroit-Windsor tunnel. Every room offers a waterfront view. Staff are friendly and polite. The hotel restaurant was impressive. Great service, ambiance and food. At night, the main doors can only be accessed via hotel key which is great. Check in/out was smooth except no one offered info about the hotels amenities, unless asked. Parking is behind the hotel in a public covered garage for $20/day. The streets behind the hotel are a bit sketchy. The pool is currently located in the Double Tree hotel next door and shared with their guests. No hot tub. You have to sign in/out to get an access card. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the Detroit skyline. The room has small bottles of hair care, bar soap and lotion. A compact Keurig coffee maker to start the day was a plus. TV was cable and there weren’t many channels. A bit disappointed it wasn’t a smart TV. Overall, it was a good stay and would recommend.

  I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Waterfront Hotel! The location is perfect, with beautiful river views and easy access to downtown attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning view of the Detroit skyline. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! 🌟🏨😊

  This hotel was booked for me by a colleague and I was satisfied with my stay. Was there for two nights at the beginning of the week and found the rate surprisingly low, but my usual comparisons are large metropolitan cities in Canada and US, so this was nice. Excellent view of the river and the Detroit skyline, and basically next door for the casino if you're interested in that or the shows they host. Would defiantly consider returning to this hotel next time I'm in Windsor. The on-site restaurant was decent, and there were lots of good options within a a couple of blocks. Only downsides were the interior is feeling like it's maybe getting time to refresh, and the parking didn't feel as secure as I would like.
