  I was on a solo vacation for a week and a half. This was by far the nicest hotel that I stayed in the entire time. He knew I was tired after my stay at a different place the night before, and the long day of driving, and made sure to put me in a room that he knew would be quiet. The room was super clean. The gentleman at the desk was so kind and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. Seriously, phenomenal.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I enjoyed my first visit here with my son so much that when I returned to the area with my sister, I decided to stay at the same hotel again. Although it's about a 25 to 30 minute drive from Niagara Falls, it's absolutely worth it! The hotel is quiet, the rooms are clean, and the customer service is amazing. During my first stay, I wasn't able to print a parking pass I needed, and the concierge was kind enough to print it for me. On this visit, we were allowed to check in early, which was greatly appreciated! My sister also had her service dog with her, and there were no issues at all. They simply took a copy of his rabies vaccination paperwork. Another great perk is the complimentary breakfast and free parking. The food was delicious, although I was a little disappointed that they didn't have bacon this time. During my first stay, they served bacon with scrambled eggs, and I was really hoping they'd have it again. We did experience one issue during this visit. The hot water wasn't working in my room. However, when I brought it to the concierge's attention, they quickly came up with a solution and arranged for me to use the shower in another room. I didn't have to pack up my belongings or switch rooms entirely, which I really appreciated. I thought that was excellent problem solving and a great example of customer service! What really stands out to me about this hotel is how accommodating and helpful the staff have been during both visits. Things don't always go perfectly when traveling, but how a hotel handles those situations makes all the difference. I've stayed here twice now, and both experiences have been wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Niagara Falls area who doesn't mind a short drive for a peaceful, comfortable stay.

  Exceptional stay! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety, and the hotel was quiet and conveniently located. Excellent service overall. Highly recommend Holiday Inn Express & Suites Welland! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Great Experience. Staff was exceptional! Room clean, no issues! Rest and relaxation! And a special acknowledgement to Deepak at the front desk!!! Give that man a promotion!
